La situación excelente si quieres ver todo Cracovia, está en pleno barrio judio, entre el barrio de Podgorze (ghetto judio) y el centro histórico pudiendo ir a todos ellos andando. La habitación muy grande y bonita y el cuarto de baño excelente. El desayuno bufet muy completo con una carta de platos calientes hechos al momento. Personal del hotel muy atento y el servicio de transfer al aeropuerto puede resultar un poco más caro que un taxi pero vale la pena usarlo. Lo único que no me ha gustado del hotel han sido las camas, al menos en nuestra habitación eran excesivamente blandas llegando a ser incomodas. |

La localización es excelente.La recontrucción del hotel hecha con extremo cuidado. Todo el staff amable y con deseos de hacer agradable la estadía. El desayuno impecable y el restaurante con platos excelentes, los huéspedes tienen además un 10% de descuento en sus comidas. Regresaré a la linda ciudad de Cracovia y me hospedaré en el mismo hotel. para otorgarle un 10 dentro de la categoría 4 estrellas, habría que quitarle unas pequeñas manchitas que había en la moquette. |

Es un hotel de encanto en pleno barrio judío, con mucha vida de restaurantes, muy cerca del centro histórico, se puede ir andando, y situado en una plaza donde se puede aparcar el coche gratis y sin problema de que le hagan nada porque hay una comisaría de policía justo en esa plaza. El desayuno quizás podría ser más variado.Tampoco me gustó que fueran dos camas en vez de una de matrimonio. |

Todo, el servicio, la habitación y sobre todo su magnífica ubicación en el corazón del antiguo barrio judío de Cracovia. Tienen wi-fi, pero no ofrecen un ordenador con conexión a Internet. |

The Hotel was as expected, very comfortable and easy to get to and around the sight city. The spa was out of order! which attracted to choosing the hotel. |

The rooms were very nicely done and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the free High Speed Internet in the room. The breakfast was decent. Everything was great until the last day. On my last day the hotel did not have hot water and I was unable to shower before leaving! The hotel did not inform the guests that there was not going to be hot water! Major oversight in my opinion and when I mentioned the fact during check out the clerk was not very sympathetic. |

Peaceful hotel, lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. There was only one english language channel on the tv (CNN News). It would've been to be able to order engligh pay-per-view movies which is generally available in most hotels |

Location in the Jewish quarters. Good restaurant. Free internet in the room Heating was not working well. A bit far from the old town (20-25 minutes walk). The internet cable was very short and had to place the computer on the floor. |

The closeness of the square, the Jewish quarters and restaurants/bars etc. Everything was in walking distance. The hotel was modern, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was something else! |

The highest value for an incredible low price. It's clean, comfortable, renewed with good taste about 3 years ago. The rooms are really impressive, one is the best small hotel, where I ever had been. |
