Mukava, siisti ja rauhallinen perushuone. Sisäpihalle ei kantautunut melua kadulta. Elegantti, hyvällä maulla restauroitu miljöö. Pientä ja intiimiä. Jännä sijainti keskellä historiallista juutalaiskorttelia. Henkilökunta todella avuliasta ja sympaattista! Huone sijaitsi hotellin uudisosassa hissikuilun vieressä, eikä vastannut kuvia niin hyvin kuin odotimme. Vaaleasävyinen huone oli vanhanaikaiseen henkeen nätisti sisustettu, mutta kuvien puukatot, ruutuikkunat yms. puuttuivat.Tämä oli lievä pettymys. Huoneessa oli myös melko hämärää. Vaikka kerros oli onneksi ylin, ei myöskään näkymä sisäpihalle ilahduttanut. |

The general ambiance was pleasant. The desk and reception staff were particularly helpful. The breakfast was good continental with an option for a heated course. |

The Hotel was as expected, very comfortable and easy to get to and around the sight city. The spa was out of order! which attracted to choosing the hotel. |

The rooms were very nicely done and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the free High Speed Internet in the room. The breakfast was decent. Everything was great until the last day. On my last day the hotel did not have hot water and I was unable to shower before leaving! The hotel did not inform the guests that there was not going to be hot water! Major oversight in my opinion and when I mentioned the fact during check out the clerk was not very sympathetic. |

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Personal service. Comfortable bed. Fab bathroom/shower etc. Excellent food. Away from the main hustle. |

Peaceful hotel, lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. There was only one english language channel on the tv (CNN News). It would've been to be able to order engligh pay-per-view movies which is generally available in most hotels |

Location in the Jewish quarters. Good restaurant. Free internet in the room Heating was not working well. A bit far from the old town (20-25 minutes walk). The internet cable was very short and had to place the computer on the floor. |

The closeness of the square, the Jewish quarters and restaurants/bars etc. Everything was in walking distance. The hotel was modern, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was something else! |

The highest value for an incredible low price. It's clean, comfortable, renewed with good taste about 3 years ago. The rooms are really impressive, one is the best small hotel, where I ever had been. |

Excellent Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are really good and represent very good value for money. The restaurant is also worth trying, exceptional food for a very reasonable price. |

Staff was very helpful, we had to leave before breakfast started to catch a plane and they packed us a huge bag of food each and had it ready when we checked out at 6am. Dinner in the hotel was fantastic and the hotel room was really nice. It was a little far from the center of town and the train station, about a 20 min walk. But a taxi to the train station was only $8. |

The room was quite large, quiet, and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was terrific - great cold selection as well a hot breakfast made to order. Free parking was right out front. We would have liked wireless in the room. There is one wired connection, but we have two laptops. |
