Small friendly hotel in a developing location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice Jacuzzi on the roof. They don't tell you that the Jacuzzi is chargeable at 25Ztl about £6.for an hour |

A warm welcome upon arrival from the staff at reception, wonderful breakfast, a good size double room, quiet at night, location! Walk out of the door and you have many wonderful restaurants to choose from. We also enjoyed visiting the synogogues. |

room was lovely, in particular the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Cocktails in the bar good too! would have liked tea/coffee making facilities and one hotel recptionist was a little difficult to liaise with but could have been language problem more than anything |

Lovely big room with stylish en suite. Breakfast beautiful - freshly made to order and great choice. The location was perfect - in the historical Jewish area which was quiet and only 10 mins walk to centre Lack of service - After being given two broken hairdryers, I was informed by reception they could not provide me with a replacement. I had to ask to use an unoccupied rooms wall mounted hair dryer to stop me going out in minus 8 temperatures with wet hair! I would have expected a 4 star hotel to purchase a new hairdryer for the room we were in. |

I liked the breakfast, good variety of food in a very romantic and atmospheric arrangements. Nice spacious rooms, nice arrangements of the interior of the hotel. I had the feeling that the room was empty, since all the furniture was new and nice, it was not well arranged in the room, but maybe someone likes the specious rooms. The bathroom was very nice and remember to book the sauna and jacuzzi in advance, |

classy hotel in nice area didn't ask for it, but when we went looking the sauna and jacuzzi were not open (on request??), there was no information in the room! the first day we had a limited breakfastbuffet(not enough guests?) and the last day we had to leave early and only got some fruits to take along. |

From the moment of arrival til Dept. this hotel did everything you would expect from a 4*. We were allocated the room we requested. We were feeling the cold so a heater was brought to our room witin minutes. I requested an extra duvet & that too was brought within minutes. !!! Very impressed with the eagerness to make guests feel as welcome as possible.The Buffet breakfast was EASILY the best I have ever had abroad. Both hot & cold on offer. The staff throughout the entire hotel were friendly, obliging, respectful & most helpful.Rooms were spotless. I liked everything about this hotel but I think Tea-making facilities in the room would certainly be a bonus. |
