Rolige omgivelser i lite hotell, med fin utsikt over plassen utenfor fra vårt rom. De har koselige rom med god plass. Frokosten er bra da man kan få bestilt fra egen meny. Restauranten om kvelden serverer også utmerket mat.

God Service og hyggelig betjening

Nice hotel situated in the jewish district in Cracow not far away from some of the best bars and restaurants i the city. Would especially recommend restaurant Szara on the opposite side of the street and the famous Alhemia bar at plac Nowy. Beds are comfy and teh breakfast is realy good.

Upon arrival we found out that hotel guests are charged an aditional fee for using the relax department which was neither stated on booking.com or at the hotels website.

Perfect, luxurious, exceeding our expectations! 5-Star level! Design is very good, very comfortable rooms and double bed; bathroom is really a designer one - very beautiful and luxurious. Professional hotel staff; quick I-net. The restaurant is really 6 star! Very delicious meals! Excellent cook! Perfect waiters!

The one front desk manager was excellent, helpful and attentive. The other not so good but really went out of his way when we left early in the morning.The location was central to sight seeing.

The room was made up far too late... after lunch. No kettle in the room to make tea/ coffee.

Enormous room in a beautifull old setting. Nice restauration. The service was excellent. When leaving, the taxi was ready to bring us to the airport. Also great food, both the breakfast as the restaurant. Compliments to the waitress at breakfast, who memorised the order for e.g. sausages verry good.

Everything at our stay and the room was good, except for the contaminated meat in the fridge and the dangling telephone in the bathroom.

A very good location and a charming and tastefully decorated place. The staff is young and eager to please, although not always perfect, but I did not mind at all. Try the restaurant (it is really good) and if you want to relax: They have a jacuzzi at the top level and you can afterwards relax on the roof terrace and watch the sunset over Cracow. Very good breakfast.

The professional but very friendly staff, who spoke good English and were very helpful. Loved the patio area outside, and the food was very good. The location in the heart of Kasimierz was fantastic, full of atmosphere and charm. Sitting outside the hotel, sipping a lovely Polish beer, listening to the Klezmer music on a balmy summer evening - it doesnt get any better!!

The area was very interesting and the cafe culture excellent. The hotel staff tried to meet all needs asked and were for the most part excellent. The rooms were well maintained and buffet breakfast contained an excellent choice to suit all tastes. The restuarant was expensive compared to neighbouring establishments but food was of a very high standard and worth the extra. Excellent for a city break.

Very nice spacious rooms, excelent food in the restaurant, and drinks at the bar...

The hotel is on the main street in the Jewish Quarter but only 15 mins walk from the main square - an ideal location to explore. There were many evocative bars and small restaurants close by displaying old artifacts and a number had live Jewish music in the evenings which was very enjoyable. Our room - 403 - overlooked the street and had a great view also of the Castle. The breakfast at the hotel was very plentiful and the choice was great.

The young staff at the hotel were very helpful and courteous but the managers never made any effort to speak and quite frankly were quite rude. We were told at check-in we got 10% discount at the bar and restaurant but when having a couple of drinks one evening I tried to pay in cash and queried the discount to be told that I couldn't have it as their till was closed (despite many others still ordering outside). When I said I wasn't happy there was a great discussion between the embarassed young waitress and the manager on duty before eventually it was agreed. The manager in question never once spoke to us or met our eye.

Extremely nice staff, excellent interior and delicious food. Good location. Recommend with all my heart. Would definitely choose this hotel while next time visiting Krakow!

I'd like to have big mirror just to have a look at myself before going out ;) waiters at the breakfast table disappeared often.
