wysmienite sniadanie, cudowna Pani recepcji, nowe i wygodne choc dosc male pokoje i lazienki 1. wybor kanalow tv : fatalny/ubogi, 2. Brak plynu do kapieli ( wylacznie szampon ) 3. Brak zdecydowanych rekomendacji dotyczacych zycia nocnego w okolicy ( gdzie zjesc, wypic drinka po 22.) 4 Brak lustra w pokuju obejmujacego cala sylwetke :) ( w sypialni mozesz obejrze siebie do pasa, w lazience od pasa w gore :)) 5. Bar w hotelu konczac prace ok polnocy odmawia serwisu ( bo konczy prace :)) 5 Mimo rezerwacji w Panstwa systemie ( wszystkie dane ) musialem jeszcze raz wypelniac te same kwity podczas check-in o 23. To jest szalenstwo .Prosze zrobcie cos z tym !!! . 6. W zwiazku z ww uwagami, hotel jest wart 20% i 1 gwiazdke mniej niz ceny cennikowe. |

Praktycznie wszystko. Lokalizacja, personel (miły, uczynny, fachowy), wystrój wnętrz, wielkość i wyposażenie pokoju. Bardzo miła atmosfera, bardzo dobra kuchnia. tylko to, że niektórzy goście palą palą papierosy w pokojach dla niepalących, ale na to personel nie ma wpływu. Chyba za poźno aby niektórych uczyc kultury |

The Hotel was as expected, very comfortable and easy to get to and around the sight city. The spa was out of order! which attracted to choosing the hotel. |

The rooms were very nicely done and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the free High Speed Internet in the room. The breakfast was decent. Everything was great until the last day. On my last day the hotel did not have hot water and I was unable to shower before leaving! The hotel did not inform the guests that there was not going to be hot water! Major oversight in my opinion and when I mentioned the fact during check out the clerk was not very sympathetic. |

Peaceful hotel, lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. There was only one english language channel on the tv (CNN News). It would've been to be able to order engligh pay-per-view movies which is generally available in most hotels |

Location in the Jewish quarters. Good restaurant. Free internet in the room Heating was not working well. A bit far from the old town (20-25 minutes walk). The internet cable was very short and had to place the computer on the floor. |

The closeness of the square, the Jewish quarters and restaurants/bars etc. Everything was in walking distance. The hotel was modern, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was something else! |

The highest value for an incredible low price. It's clean, comfortable, renewed with good taste about 3 years ago. The rooms are really impressive, one is the best small hotel, where I ever had been. |
