Położenie hotelu w sercu Kazimierza.Taras widokowy I widok okolicy. Miła I uczynna obsługa.

Nieczynna lodówka.Brak czajnika I możliwości zrobienia nocnej herbaty lub wczesnej (po wstaniu) kawy. Radzę samodzielnie szukać miejsca parkingowego w okolicy.W Pobliżu są przynajmniej trzy.Pośrednictwo hotelu znacznie podraza koszt parkingu, który jednak przy ogólnych kosztach nie jest "wielka" kwota, ale na ciasteczka z Krakowa by starczyło!

Jesteśmy kolejny raz w Rubinsteinie i kolejny raz super !!

Lokalizacja oraz atmosfera Kazimierza, nie przeszkadzał nawet deszcz. Stare kamienice mają swój urok :)

Brak maszyny do kawy i herbaty w pokoju.

Good location. The room was very spacious and clean. We asked for a triple room and got three singles beds. One was hard, one was fairly soft and the other very soft - it was like the three bears!! Minibar was stocked (but pricey) as always. We were puzzled - the hotel didn't look much like the internet photos which were prbably taken in the basement function room. Free Wifi - didn't work; tea/coffee service in rooms - no. Staff generally friendly and some iwth good English. This was good and functional but not luxury.

The one front desk manager was excellent, helpful and attentive. The other not so good but really went out of his way when we left early in the morning.The location was central to sight seeing.

The room was made up far too late... after lunch. No kettle in the room to make tea/ coffee.

The Best freindly staff open for evrything to hlp and service the gust!

Nice hotel with a flair for the imagination. Hotel situated in the former Jewish Ghetto of Warsaw. Very comfortable.

This hotel purports to be a first class hotel. It is a charming place all things considered, the time frame and the place with memories of World War ii all painted throughout. The name "Rubinstein" is used as a commercial attraction for clients..The menorahs printed on the bath towels are out of place... The dining staff is not attentive to customers during breakfast with long waits from the kitchen. Large buffet but not attended: no attention to details with food on the floor several days in a row, table chairs that need repair, and a service personnel who is not attentive to hotel clients.

Very nice spacious rooms, excelent food in the restaurant, and drinks at the bar...

The hotel is on the main street in the Jewish Quarter but only 15 mins walk from the main square - an ideal location to explore. There were many evocative bars and small restaurants close by displaying old artifacts and a number had live Jewish music in the evenings which was very enjoyable. Our room - 403 - overlooked the street and had a great view also of the Castle. The breakfast at the hotel was very plentiful and the choice was great.

The young staff at the hotel were very helpful and courteous but the managers never made any effort to speak and quite frankly were quite rude. We were told at check-in we got 10% discount at the bar and restaurant but when having a couple of drinks one evening I tried to pay in cash and queried the discount to be told that I couldn't have it as their till was closed (despite many others still ordering outside). When I said I wasn't happy there was a great discussion between the embarassed young waitress and the manager on duty before eventually it was agreed. The manager in question never once spoke to us or met our eye.

Extremely nice staff, excellent interior and delicious food. Good location. Recommend with all my heart. Would definitely choose this hotel while next time visiting Krakow!

I'd like to have big mirror just to have a look at myself before going out ;) waiters at the breakfast table disappeared often.

We loved the decor and atmosphere of the Rubinstein. Our room was amazing......we did get upgraded! It had original beams and a lovely reception area. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the rooftop terrace..of course the great weather helped! The location is perfect to explore the city and all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing......try the pancakes with hot fruits and cream......delicious and very decadent first thing in the morning! Highly recommended!!!!!

Only thing missing was that there were no tea and coffee making facility in room......but there was a well stocked mini bar!

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff and good location, will deffinetly return.
