Bonne situation centrale, très bon petit déjeuner, rapport qualité/prix très correct, grand parking, internet réception impeccable

Juste un petit "bémol" pas de lit double malgré demande a la réservation ....

- Only polish TV-Channels - Hotel information only in polish - had separate beds with my wife

we have been installed in a room in which the carpet was recently renewed. Already when we moved into the room we noticed a sharp chemical smell which resulted in a heavy headache over night. Complaining with the hotel management, we learned that it was the glue of the carpet that caused the odor. We insisted to change the room. So for the second night there is nothing to complain. But we are more than flabbergasted that we were rented the first room though the management was aware of the serious problem for the health. Never a room in these conditions should have been rented. Location and friendly staff.

No Fridge in room or safe or a kettle. Cleaning staff very loud.

Almost everything!!! Most of the Staff were SUPER! The restaurant was excellent - food, atmosphere, staff. Centrally located in downtown, near shopping and attractions. The gated parking made us feel secure. Other guests, from Warsaw, spoke perfect English, and were a valuable asset to us.

Initially, we couldn't get into the gated parking because the receptionist was asleep at her desk. When confronted, she became quite belligerent. Chose NOT to speak English. Fortunately, the replacement receptionists were much more cordial.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. It was ideally positioned for all the landmarks.

They have a bar which is in the restaurant therefor not handy if it's only a drink you want. Also it closed the same time as the restaurant so you are unable to get a drink late at night.

The size and convenience of the rooms was notable. Quiet setting, 1/2 block offf main street. Off-street parking available in gated lot.

Nice and clean Hotel. Breakfast is very good.

I would not recommend to have dinner at their restaurant. The starter (a soup) was good and hot, the main course was cold and not very tasty.

Professional and kind staff. Free monitored parking. Location in the city center but in a calm street. Free water every day in the room and free newspaper at breakfast table. Excellent breakfast.

Refrigerator would have been more comfortable.

We enjoyed a comfortable room with good facilities not too far from the sights we were interested in. The staff were helpful. The whole place was spotless.

No elevator made it difficult for a couple of oldies with heavy bags.

Internet took a bit of getting used to, but maybe this was because we were at the end of the corridor.

Wery nice hotel, wery good comfort. I think this hotel needs 4 stars. Viesnīca ir daudz labāka kā biju gaidījusi. Lieliska atrašanās vieta, viesnīcas personāls, brokastis. Ja gribat baudīt pilnīgu atpūtu, tad izvēlaties 1. numuriņu ( dzīvoklis ar 2 istabām).

Great morning buffet included in the price along with free internet and free hotel parking with video security.

I asked for a double bed over internet, but we had 2 singles Beds. Oke I only booked 1 day before. Unfortunally there was no change possible anymore.
