The location of hotel is superb

The single room accomodation that I stayed in was uncomfortably small. Should have requested an interior room as the room was unbearably noisy due to noisy partying pedestrians on the street during the weekend. The room was too small and the furnishings were inferior and not similar to the elaborate style posted on websites nor the hotel brochure. The quality of the hotel buffet breakfast provided has decreased substantialy compared to the past. I believe the management of the restaurant is a separate entity run separately from the hotel. The overall experience staying at the hotel is rather poor:the only redeeming quality is the location

Location. Tours organised by the hotel were the cheapest we could find and punctual. Staff were very helpful.

Noise coming from street last Friday until well into the night. Will probably stay again but will request a room at the back of the hotel.

This was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. There are bars on the streets below and I seriously felt like I spent my nights in the bars. It was so loud

this hotel is very cheap, and located in the heart of the city! I think value for money and quality is terrific!

Above all the location,,, staff were all helpfull ... understanding & flexibel ...

Breakfast could be a little more traditional polish instead of intercontinental ... and I would aspect for a four star hotel a slightly richer breakfast...

It does not appear there are any quiet rooms, and, despite the fact that the large hotel appeared nearly empty (November), they did not want to accommodate me in a room that avoided the pounding of speakers from the nearby music club or the staff laundry room sharing a wall with my bed. Also, the odor of raw sewage pervaded the main staircase at certain times during the day.

Saski is in a fantastic location. The rooms are clean and peacefull and the breakfast was superb

The reception staff although they were very courteous, would benefit from a lesson in smiling .

The hotel is ok. Location is perfect, just few hundred meters away from the main square. However do not make our mistake - do not forget the earplugs. Without earplugs it is not easy to fall asleep due to the street noise. Also clarify about shower and bathroom in advance. Most of the rooms have no bathroom - just the shared one in the hall. We had to rebook and upgrade in order to have our own bathroom. At the end the cost per night was 27 Euro higher than booked.

There is a lot of noise late at night due to the location. This is no fault of the hotel; it is part of being so close to Rynek Glowny. Ear plugs help a lot.
