Ubicación y proximidad al centro turístico. Tienen problemas con una discoteca al lado. Noches muy intranquilo. |

La localización es excelente, a menos de 50 m del Rinek (la plaza del mercado).El desayuno esta bastante bien da la sensación de que lo tienen concertado con una cafeteria completamente nueva y elegante que hay en la planta baja del hotel. Los colchones son increibemente blandos.La insonorización es mejorable por lo que se oye bastante los ruidos de la calle.Es antiguo y por tanto bonito, pero necesita una reforma que modernice un poco las habitaciones.Calidad precio, no esta mal. |

Hotel excelentemente bien ubicado en el centro historico, hotel comodo buen servicio, buen desayuno, limpio. Por su ubicación cercano a bares, mucho ruido externo, no conveniente para familias, pero si para gente bohemia. |

The friendly and helpful staff. On arrival we had been upgraded from a double room to a suite. The hotel is very central and has a great history. |

Great location, interesting architecture. When I had to leave before the included breakfast was servde I was given a very nice box lunch for the road. It was noisy from the street; I had asked for a quiet room on my booking. |

the hotel was very central in easy reach of the main attractions. The staff were very friendly & professional. the only complaint was that are room was situated above the entrance to a night club and this caused sleepless nights until at least 4.00 in the morning. The Hotel were happy to move us to another room but this would not have been possible if the hotel was full. |

Staff excellent - very attentive. Rooms large with comfortable beds. Very close to main market square. Enjoyed decor especially grand staircase and elevator American owned hotel - did not serve Polish food so we ate elsewhere - plenty of choice of restaurants. We visited in November - could be very noisy in height of season. Hotel staff found us a quieter room overlooking courtyard which was excellent. |

central location noise level from outside, something should be done about it, extra windows to minimise the noise, it did not stop day or night, the receptionist did say there might be some noise from the street, but it was a bit understated i fear. |

The central location and old world charm of this hotel made it perfect for a weekend trip to Krakow. The breakfast available in the hotel restaurant was good, and the staff of hotel and restaurant were friendly and spoke fluent English. The first night I stayed in a room overlooking the street in back and it was terribly noisy all night. Even though I sleep soundly I was woken several times by the outside racket. After I requested a quieter room I was moved to a room facing the interior and it was perfect. |

All staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The hotel is in a central location just off the main square. Our room was on the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy from the street below during the night. However, this did not bother us but it may be a problem for other guests. |

The location was fantastic,the rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were most pleasant and the hotel had a certain old world feel to it. Breakfast was excellent. Great value for money. |

Main tram lines and many restaurants were near the hotel First two nights were noisy because of situation of our room and because of poor windows. We changed the rooms and nights were quiet after that. |

Hotel Saski is right on the main square in Krakow, walking distance from everywhere. It's in a very old building and very charming, with high ceilings. |

It is a charming little hotel. Very good location. Brand new re-modeled bathroom and toilet. A very charming ole-fashioned elevator. The restaurant next door prepared very good food. The bathroom is a little small and the bed and matress are old. |

Fantastic location, just one block from the Cracow's main square. Nice interiors, clean and friendly place. Buffet breakfast could be better, however it is still possible to enjoy haeving it :-). |
