Golden Tulip Krakow City Center is in an excellent location in the center of the city, just over a quarter mile from the Krakow Main Square and within walking distance of the Old Town tourist...

The location, the staff, the price
I have no complaints about this hotel whatsoever. That's why I go back when I am in Krakow
It is the second time we have stayed at hotel saki it was excellent only fault I have is I personally would like a kettle in my room
There is nothing at all to dislike excellent hotel
Everything was perfect! maybe WI-FI could work bit better but I was not on Holidays to use my WI-FI but to have a fun:) Brilliant breakfasts, and brilliant staff at breakfast - even can dance :)
The location is great - Old Town Krakow. The room, bed, shits are clean. Free breakfasts are ok. Staffs are very pleasant and helpful. The facility was great and different atmosphere according to new style ones.
A lot of noise in the area around the hotel because the facility inside surrounding area of nightlife activity. It is impossible to sleep in the rooms with these old-fashioned windows. You can hear people shouting, enjoying at night.
It's a Tasteful ancient hotel with old touch of class. Location is perfect, 50 m from Ryneck Glowny . shower , products, and all bathroom All staff was very kind and helpful Hotel has restaurant (but I had only breakfast), and it's close to some other good restaurants . It's in "the center of the center town"
- bed could be better (room 111) -During the saturday night there were some very noisy groups in the street , (obviously they drank a lot...) and we were to first floor , therefore night wasn't relaxed. But this isn't hotel responsability : it's center town....
Location, old fashioned lift and furnishings
Loud revellers to all hours of the morning
Good central position, ease of access to all tourist sites and amenities. Good quality of room for the price. Staff very helpful and breakfast staff charming. Free bottled water in room.
A lot of noise in the area around the hotel and the windows are not acoustically insulated. Could not get a drink in the hotel bar at 23:10 on New Year's Eve !
Good location, good breakfast.
Couldn't use wi-fi at the corner room, closes doors at midnight.
The location - Old Town Krakow. The facilities - clean rooms and free breakfasts. Staff pleasant and went out their way to help.
WiFi was flaky at times.
Hotel was very good bit dated but service excellent good breakfast rooms big everything good
No kettle in room so had to go out or downstairs for drinks
The closeness to Krakow's cultural center, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the old world ambience of the hotel
Very noisy. Adjacent to many night clubs and bars. Did not get much sleep until 2-4:00 am
The beds Very clean facilities Temperature just right Helpful friendly staff Breakfast was very adequate Location The lift
Very good location, in the very center of Krakow, nice architecture of the building, good breakfast, most of the staff friendly and helpful.
It is impossible to sleep in the rooms with windows towards the streets. The street is very noisy all night, with people partying till 5-6 am. The windows are thin and ineffective for phonic insulation. A second bad experience with the hotel was when we left and asked for a taxi. The receptionist called us a taxi with a fare more then double then the normal fares, and who couldn't give us a receipt. We should have called the police for that, for both driver and receptionist, but it was more important to catch our plane in that moment.
Excellent location, great atmosphere, cool old style, awesome elevator from 1930 :-) Very good breakfast served until 11 am. You can't be closer to the city center, you are in the heart of it. PS. Some people complain about the noise however this is city center next to multiple bars and pubs. It is expected for it to be like that, actually I even liked it.
Little bit cold room, temperature to low in the Winter. That is manageable and ok with me, old hotels have similar issues however some people may not like it.
Noise from street
Location Breakfast Staff
Very poor wifi A lot of noir at night from nightclub and street, bring airplugs
This is a beautiful old hotel, with great charm and a wonderful Old Town location. The breakfast was excellent. We hope to return to Hotel Saski.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Location & Cleanliness
Noise, outside until the early hours and poor Wifi connection.
The staff were very pleasant. The decor was old (in a good way) with original architectural features, including a wonderful elevator and gorgeous parquet floors. The beds were firm and comfortable and the shower and bath facilities excellent. The location is amazing, just a few seconds walk from the main square, and yet tucked away enough down one of the side streets so as to avoid the brunt of the evening's noise. It is also located beside one of the best restaurants in Krakow, La Fontaine: delicious food, VERY reasonable prices, and all beautifully presented in an interesting environment. I would recommend the Saski Hotel to anyone travelling on a budget who wishes to feel like they're not travelling on a budget. We had a great time during our four days there.
There are only very small things I didn't like, nothing that would put me off staying again. These are things like the plastic glasses in the bedroom and the slightly tired (but not awful) breakfast buffet.
bathroom needs a shower curtain
Perfect location in the heart of the Old Town Stylish interior Value for money
Poor wi fi Breakfast
Breakfast adequate but not very hot even at start... Staff very helpful-- Situation great..
rATTLY Noisy late at night. Rattly old lift - QUAINT BUT SCARY::Old computer for use of guests difficult to negotiate... Should Not have settled for a room without ensuite.
Location.Seconds away from the Main Square Old Style hotel. Lots of character Breakfast wasn't bad either.
Don't expect to get any sleep in this hotel if you end up in one of the rooms at the front. The nearby pub/club attracts revellers until 5am in the morning and you WILL hear drunk people having a good time all night and morning !
The hotel is clean, staff accommodating. Location is central within walking distance to many interesting and historical parts of the city. Verra
