Hotel Saski  

Utmärkt läge, något bullrigt på natten. En trevlig atmosfär från sekelskiftet. Bra service.

Bra rum, den delade toalett - dusch av mycket brta standard Bra frukost på det hela är jag nöjd och återvänder gärna till hotellet

While the location is very central, it comes with a huge price - incredible street noise. For the two nights we stayed midweek, there was very loud shouting, singing and merry making noise from the numerous bars on the street the hotel is situated on, which continued till 5 am. We could not get any sleep at all while we stayed in the hotel. We made some friends with other hotel guests, and they had the same problem.

We Liked the location of the hotel which was just off the old town square. The hotel was bright and airy with original features. It was spotless clean and the staff were friendly. Although it's not a deluxe hotel it's quite adequate for a city break.

The location was great,friendly accomodating staff. Good breakfast.freedom to come and go as you liked including night staff. The design is very nice ,clean rooms but best of the lift as a feature I will certainly be back to stay at the Saski .,that will then be my third time

Saski is a lovely old fashioned hotel located only 30 metres from the city's main square. The old world feel is very pleasant and the room was good, and kept scrupulously clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant is charming and serves excellent quality food at great prices.

The one drawback, and it is a fairly major drawback if you want a quiet break, is the presence of a live music club right next to the Hotel. It is around the corner but in the basement abutting Saski and the vibration from the bands can be felt and the music heard up until 2pm.

this hotel is very cheap, and located in the heart of the city! I think value for money and quality is terrific!

Above all the location,,, staff were all helpfull ... understanding & flexibel ...

Breakfast could be a little more traditional polish instead of intercontinental ... and I would aspect for a four star hotel a slightly richer breakfast...

Location

It does not appear there are any quiet rooms, and, despite the fact that the large hotel appeared nearly empty (November), they did not want to accommodate me in a room that avoided the pounding of speakers from the nearby music club or the staff laundry room sharing a wall with my bed. Also, the odor of raw sewage pervaded the main staircase at certain times during the day.

The hotel is really well located, close to the train station and in the city centre, really close to the main square.

Very old fashioned hotel, Employees not friendly at all

The hotel is located just off the old square & most sights are in easy walking distance. The breakfast is generous with a cold buffet & also hot entrees cooked to your preference..think eggs any style. The decor says "old world", from the quaint elevator to the 15 or more foot ceilings. We'd return.

Excellent, central location with friendly and helpful staff.

Being very central, there was noise from revellers outside. It would be advisable to ask for a room overlooking courtyard instead of street.
