Läget i centrum av Krakow. Rent o fräscht rum. Bra frukost, trevlig personal. Bra städning. Det var ju lite högljutt nere på gatan på nätterna. Vi bodde på första våningen. Men det är ju inte konstigt att det ät r lite oväsen mitt i en storstad på natten. |

Charmigt med den gamla stilen på hotellet. Fullt modernt med bra personal Vi hade rum mot gatan, vilket gav en del buller. |

Kanonläge, bara 50 m till stora torget, vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Gott om restauranger och pubar, inga problem för taxi att hitta. |

Rymligt och bra enkelrum. Tyst, trots mycket centralt läge. Bra restaurang i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Internet fungerade inte. |

The friendly and helpful staff. On arrival we had been upgraded from a double room to a suite. The hotel is very central and has a great history. |

Great location, interesting architecture. When I had to leave before the included breakfast was servde I was given a very nice box lunch for the road. It was noisy from the street; I had asked for a quiet room on my booking. |

the hotel was very central in easy reach of the main attractions. The staff were very friendly & professional. the only complaint was that are room was situated above the entrance to a night club and this caused sleepless nights until at least 4.00 in the morning. The Hotel were happy to move us to another room but this would not have been possible if the hotel was full. |

Staff excellent - very attentive. Rooms large with comfortable beds. Very close to main market square. Enjoyed decor especially grand staircase and elevator American owned hotel - did not serve Polish food so we ate elsewhere - plenty of choice of restaurants. We visited in November - could be very noisy in height of season. Hotel staff found us a quieter room overlooking courtyard which was excellent. |

central location noise level from outside, something should be done about it, extra windows to minimise the noise, it did not stop day or night, the receptionist did say there might be some noise from the street, but it was a bit understated i fear. |

The central location and old world charm of this hotel made it perfect for a weekend trip to Krakow. The breakfast available in the hotel restaurant was good, and the staff of hotel and restaurant were friendly and spoke fluent English. The first night I stayed in a room overlooking the street in back and it was terribly noisy all night. Even though I sleep soundly I was woken several times by the outside racket. After I requested a quieter room I was moved to a room facing the interior and it was perfect. |

All staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The hotel is in a central location just off the main square. Our room was on the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy from the street below during the night. However, this did not bother us but it may be a problem for other guests. |

The location was perfect, right at the square. Very good buffet breakfest. Very helpfull reception staff whi were most informative The rooms looking onto the road were very noisy, no soundproofing on the windows |

The location was fantastic,the rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were most pleasant and the hotel had a certain old world feel to it. Breakfast was excellent. Great value for money. |

Main tram lines and many restaurants were near the hotel First two nights were noisy because of situation of our room and because of poor windows. We changed the rooms and nights were quiet after that. |

Hotel Saski is right on the main square in Krakow, walking distance from everywhere. It's in a very old building and very charming, with high ceilings. |

It is a charming little hotel. Very good location. Brand new re-modeled bathroom and toilet. A very charming ole-fashioned elevator. The restaurant next door prepared very good food. The bathroom is a little small and the bed and matress are old. |

Fantastic location, just one block from the Cracow's main square. Nice interiors, clean and friendly place. Buffet breakfast could be better, however it is still possible to enjoy haeving it :-). |
