Möjligen att det inte fanns dusch utan enbart badkar på vårt rum....,men det gick bra ändå!

Väldigt centralt läge.

Rummet låg med fönster ut till en innegård där det var en bar vilken de spelade ganska hög musik fram till kl 01.00 på natten, så det blev inte mycket sömn innan dess.

Det mycket centrala läget. Tycker om gamla byggnader med atmosfär.

The only what is good in this hotel is location in the very city center and historic elevator in the hall.

The room was facing the inner yard where night club was located, so it was impossible to sleep because of regular noise - the feeling was that all visitors of the club are in your room. The furniture of the room is very old, beds not comfortable - very soft. The room was not clean - we found a big hank of hair or something like this in the bedside table. Breakfast was very poor - only small choise of meat and cheese, coffee/tea and eggs was given on special request (only when we asked the waitress about it). The photos on the web-site didn't show the real condition of the room.

High noise level--room looked out on a music club. Towels, even clean ones, smelled of smoke. So did hallways. Shower was cramped.

My room had a balcony.

When I arrived, there was 40+ teenagers staying the night, without any apparent discipline! Running from room to room, slamming doors and being extremely noisy!

The location is perfect - just ±30 m from the Market Square. The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

There's a pub next to the hotel so that you could hear young people having fun there. And the sounds which the tower produces every hour (24 times per day) are also clearly audible. So if you need silence at night this hotel is definitely not for you.

The hotel has a fantastic location just 50 meters from the Market Square. It allows you to turn all the historic Krakow on foot. The staff is very friendly. Within a very nice restaurant where you do your morning breakfast.

The area is quite noisy, due to the presence of many local, so it seems more suited to young people. The wi-fi internet does not work well in all rooms.

this hotel is very cheap, and located in the heart of the city! I think value for money and quality is terrific!

Above all the location,,, staff were all helpfull ... understanding & flexibel ...

Breakfast could be a little more traditional polish instead of intercontinental ... and I would aspect for a four star hotel a slightly richer breakfast...

It does not appear there are any quiet rooms, and, despite the fact that the large hotel appeared nearly empty (November), they did not want to accommodate me in a room that avoided the pounding of speakers from the nearby music club or the staff laundry room sharing a wall with my bed. Also, the odor of raw sewage pervaded the main staircase at certain times during the day.

Saski is in a fantastic location. The rooms are clean and peacefull and the breakfast was superb

The reception staff although they were very courteous, would benefit from a lesson in smiling .
