Good value for money

The hotel really surprised us. We expected basic room with poor breakfast, because the price was really low. But when we arrived we saw very nice, big and well furnished room equally, we maight say about breakfast, despite the fact that there was only few guests, the variety of dishes. Also we liked the place (near old town and other places to visit)

If only the staff spoke English!

Good place, perfect location, clean rooms. Got so drunk with my friends that nearly missed the plane heading for Miami. Warsaw rocks, baby.

The place was very clean, quiet, comfortable, within 3min walking distance of the main railway and 5min walk from the airport bus. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Fridge in room very handy as Deli on the next street if you want to chill food/drinks. Kettle, cups etc but no coffee/tea. A great place to stay for the money, we paid £32 a night. DON'T order or pay for breakfast through the hotel as they charge more than just walking in off the street. Plenty of places to eat so don't need to use Hotel. Room is very clean and modern and they hold onto your luggage if checking out and a while to wait on flight.

2 towels and 1 toilet roll to last 2 adults 5 nights. Had to ask for more.

Not too far from the train station and big shopping mall. Breakfast is a simple one, but good enough. Reasonable price.

An excellent city center location, less then ten mins. Walk from Warsawa Cenralny Rail Staton which is in turn a 20 min. /€1.20 journey from Warsawa Chopin Int. Airport. Room had tv, internet access, fridge, kettle. Scsk has an elevator. Scsk is modern and clean and tidy, reception/security are pleasant and obliging.

Scsk is more of a conference center than a hotel. The breakfast was a little poor and on two days it was not available but I was provided with sandwiches, an apple and a bottle of water. The reception speak no English which was fine by me as I can speak some Polish. But this may not suit everybody. Scsk was billed as having wi-fi but it did not work and I had to use an ethernet connection which meant rearranging the room's furniture.

The hotel is well-located and good value for money.

Actually, this is not a hotel, but room rental. Thus, no real room service. There is a (rather polite) janitor who hands out you the key and that's all of his job. Only cash is accepted for payment.

Perfect, central location. The room was big, big windows with a nice view over Warsaw.

There was no desk in the room. I was promissed Internet connection. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during all my stay. I was provided with a jerky scruffy wire - the plug was loose in the socket, so I had to hold it all the time to prevent the connection from breaking. Extremely irritating. Also, the breakfast was limited to only bread, cheese and suasage.

Good location

There was no receptionist at the hotel when we arrived. Only a guardian who doesn't speak English and who didn't find our reservation. It tooks half an our to solve the problem. Two of our rooms wasn't heated and we could change only one room. The personell was unfriendly.

Handy for train station and palace of culture, walkable distance from Old town, Tram and bus stops nearby plenty of shops and cafes nearby. It had a lift!! although we were on the 6th floor only one flight of stairs to carry case up although the security guard did carry my case up I carried it down.

Recepton staff have limited English, but then again I have limited Polish but managed to get over what we needed. On the whole not a lot to complain about, it was a budget apartment/hotel and comfortable. Take your own tea and coffee as although there was a kettle and cups, no tea or coffee provided, Fridge also provided

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clien and convinient.

The night was quite noisy.

been waiting for a whle to check-in, bad arrangement. When I checked in, the room hasn't been cleaned yet. No hairdryer.

During weekend by the reception desk there was only security man, allowed only to take payment in cash. There was some left (propably after previous guest) food in a fridge. In the room there was intense smell of wall paint, opening the window didn't help. The worst was the breakfast, in restaurant Smaki Warszawy. Breakfast was (on Sunday) till 9am and at 8.30 there was almost nothing left. Water for coffee was also finished and the service (waitress) was really hard to find. Finally she came, when I ordered normal coffee (not instant) willing to pay for it i had to wait 15 min. After that time I just left the restaurant telling the waitress not to bother with my coffee anymore.

Convenience and price

The hotel It is very conveniently located next to cultural palace. Our rooms were very quite. The room was clean and the standard was in line with what you may expect from a budget hotel. However, the pictures from the rooms suggest a higher standard than our room had.

Personell is very friendly - but be aware that (as in our case) during late afternoon only a security guard was present (who was very friendly) but could not speak any English. So it takes a bit hand and feet to get the communication right. Next morning regular hotel crew was easy to handle again.

Location and value for money as it was euro 2012.

Central location excellent. The weekday receptionist was most helpful and could speak English.

Shortage of towels, cups, and drink facilities(tea, milk and coffee) Breakfasts poor. Room pricing high; 1672 pln for two rooms for single night on 21st June. Should this have been for two nights?

Close to train station and city sights

No staff on duty in the evening or w/e except a security guide. Wi-fi did not work the first day that we were there, but later it worked. Staff did not know what tio do when wi-fi did not work and wasn't willing to call in help. Proce too high for what you get. Maybe that is Warsaw.

I liked almost everything in this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at the silence, the location and the fact that the staff is constantly trying to help. I would stay in this hotel again next time

Hotel close to the rail station and metro. Big rooms.

The staff speaks only polish, it was impossible to communicate with the porters. The beakfast was really poor and the waitress quite unpolite. The towel in the rooms where small (30x40cm) and it was impossible to have a second one.
