Senator Warsaw Apartments

nice quiet new self-catering apartment but with complimentary breakfast delivered to door. Only a 5 or 6-minute walk to a main road served by several trams and from there a 10-minute ride to city centre. Very good value for money and a small but not expensive supermarket just outside.

The Senator staff was very good, a small store was located just outside the gate, the apartment was clean and filled with all the necessary utensils. The guard on our checkout day was very, very, very helpful. He looked after our luggage when we went to get our rental car which was an enormous help to us.

the apartment was a bit out of the way of downtown, but it was within a short walking distance of public transportation which was very useful.

The location was right along the bus line about 10 minutes from the central station. The apartment was in a secure building and nicely done. There was a small store and restaurant in the same complex.

The hot water was not hot, but ice cold in the mornings. However in the evenings there was plenty of hot water.

Hi) It wasn't first time we had a rest at this apartment. Nice staff and nice aparts! Really perfect!

Very nice, clean apartment with a lot of space. It was in fact two rooms flat with separated kitchen (bedroom, living room with quite fast, but not stable Internet connection, corridor, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine). The place is quiet and situated not far from the city center. No problems with late check-in or check-out very early in the morning.

If there was a washing machine, it would be perfect to have there also at least a very little bit of detergent. And we wonder who invented such extremely uncomfortable very long and very thin blankets, which are not enough even for one person, and than who decided to give such a blanket for two persons. Anyhow, we got a second one without any problems. Even though the place is really good, new and fresh, it was surprising to see such an old, extremely small shower. It was even a bit complicated to fit there for one person. Anyhow, the price/quality ratio was really perfect.

It was clean and spacious. Good wi-fi internet connection.

Reception on 4th floor, with guards in the lobby who don't know english so if one madam didn't appear I don't know how would I understand him. There was no toilet paper. Pretty far from the center, and no tram near hotel as they said in advertisment on booking.com - construction work in progress, but it should have been posted.

Clean = comfortable and private.

The rooms were very tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The building is very nice the staff were very patient and helpful and professional, particularly the female day staff.

The night staff do not speak english which is not helpful for overseas tourists. He did however try very hard to unnderstand me.

Spatious, comfortable, modern and probably very recently built apartments with dedicated wi-fi router in each one, offering free wi-fi with very good bandwidth. Excellent value for money and within walking distance of the Expo center where I had a conference to attend

Location not very close to city center but a taxi/bus can always take you there at a very reasonable price. I stayed for one night so I couldn't tell if the lack of a "hotel reception" would mean lack of support in general for things you might need at your appartment.

The furniture was modern and in excellent condition. The staff, when they were there were very helpful and eager to make up for the short comings. If I was staying for a prolonged period of time, this place would be great.

I understood this to be a 4 star hotel apartment when I booked. It is definately not 4 stars. 2 stars would be generous. It had no amentities to speak of for a business traveler. No room service, no restaurntant, and the nearest one was blocks away and only open until 5pm. To find something other than a little shop I had to walk almost a Km to a pizza hut.

How big it was and and had a kitchen with dishes. The curtains. Nice staff, very helpful,

dirtyness, the bedding was not proper, outlets with wires hanging out of them. the smell in the apartment. some of the furniture was very dirty. People screaming until 5am and partying.

The staff was unhelpful. Felt like they wanted to overcharge us. Not enough bedding. No directions on how to use washer or stove. Showers very small and towels not replaced the whole stay had to wash them ourselves. Beds uncomforfortable. No air or fans. Hard to find.

Realy frendly and helpfull staff.

Good apartments but then I was were half of the building was under constriction. And it's imposible to get to centre by foot.

Very convenient location, clean, all mod cons in place does the job nicely of a budget place in fairly central warsaw. 10 minute tram ride to the stare miasto 15 minutes to nowe swiat.

Great for myself my husband and 4 month old baby, had all the facilities we required. was ideally located as my grandmother was a 10 min walk from the apartment.

There was no broom to sweep the floor!

It is a spacy and cheap stay, however far (20 mins on foot) from historical sight-seeings.

It is not like I didn't, but the first visit will confuse you since it is not obvious where main office and the manager are located

Optimal quality/price ratio. Great parking. New building. Up to 4 (or even 5) person can stay in a double.
