The hotel is close to Kielce so we used it on our way from Warsaw. The swimming pool and spa must be nice but they are closed after 9 P.M. so we couldn't use them. The foos in the restaurant was ok even after 10 P.M., the drinks were good too. The rooms are very small and old-fashioned.

The room was spacious, and also the bathroom. The breakfast is really good, full of almost everything you can desire. We've tried the restaurant, food is good and you have interesting choices. The service in the restaurant sometimes is slow (depending on the which waiter is on duty). The shower is a bit too skiddy (floor is marble or similar).

Staff could not do enough for us and we had a very good experience with the hair dressers who did a great job for the wedding we attended. It is a fair walk to the town, about 20 minutes and it was hard to find a place to eat outside or near the hotel.

Bel Albergo in una citta sperduta in mezzo a niente, con una offerta per il benessere molto buona. Molto pulito e la camera PREMIUM e bella. Si, Avevo prenotato una camera premium e mi hanno infilato una standard, proprio brutta, recandomi alla reception, continuavano a dire che quella era un premium, ho insistito visto che c'erano anche le foto delle camere, e il giorno dopo sono stato spostato nella camera giusta (proprio bella), un inconveniente che non capisco ancora perche la Sigra Angelica continuava insistere. Avevo prenotato tanto tempo prima, la camera doveva esserci.

Bardzo miły personel - zarówno w recepcji jak i w restauracji. Wygode łóżka, woda mineralna w pokojach. Dość nowoczesne wyposażenie pokoju. Bardzo niski standard łazienki. W pokoju słychać było wszystkie odgłosy osób znajdujących się na korytarzu I piętra i parteru. Restauracja wizerunkowo bardzo ładna, posiłek satysfakcjonujący - jednak unoszący się w pomieszczeniu brzydki zapach (chyba oleju) skutecznie osiadał na ubraniach i włosach gości. Czułam ten "zapach" na sobie jeszcze przez długi czas po opuszczeniu hotelu.

Tetszett az éttermi választék és kiszolgáló személyzet kedvessége, udvariassága. A rendelkezésünkre bocsátot szobában a wc nem működött. Kétszer kellett reklamálni mire megjavították. Ezenkívül a szoba nem tartalmazott sem ruhásszekrényt sem vállfákat. Az öltönyöket és egyéb ruhákat a szoba sarkában lévő kalaptartó fogason kellet volna elhelyezni. Kérésünkre egy másik szobát kaptunk

Bäst var närheten till vårt resmål. Det var ett helt OK hotell men utan något extra. Vardagsfrukost, rent och fint. Budgethotell ingen lyx. Svårt med personal som inte kan engelska. Parkeringen är för liten och polsk ordning råder. Polen ser på bilder ut att finnas utomhus men är en liten inomhus, lite sval vatten.

The room was correct. Wrong publicty on internet and booking. Spa and fitness center under renovation Discotheque is only a smoky bar. After dinner, stomach pain, i think the fish was the cause. Shower not confortable. Really not a good experience compared to what is annouced on the site and booking

Dobre śniadanie, uprzejma obsługa. Niski standard wyposażenia pokoju, wytarte wykladziny na korytarzach, oddzielnie, dodatkowo płatne korzystanie z basenu I parkingu, hałas dochodzący z dyskoteki w hotelu gdzie bawią się tłumnie mieszkańcy miasta a nie goście hotelowi.

Bardzo dobra kuchnia. śNiadanie obfite I smaczne jak na tę klasę hotelu. Lokalizacja z dala od ruchliwej drogi. Recepcja bardzo miła, w resturacji trochę gorzej. Widać, że starają sie poprawiać standard obiektu, lecz idzie to dość mozolnie. Daje się odczuć brak kapitału na komleksową modernizację obiektu. Ceny w restauracji umiwrkowane. Mówienie, ze jest to hotel spa jest nadużyciem. Basen nawet niezły - prawie 20-sto metrowy, ale sauna to kompletne dno - dwuosobowa, zbita z odpadowego drewna, nieszczelna wobec czego nie mozna uzyskać wysokiej temperatury, jacuzzi chłodne I o bardzo małej intensywności tłoczponego powietrza, ogólny "smrodek", nieświeżość. śCiany niedokońvczone po remoncie, wiszące kable, bardzo mierna glazura I terakota, stare, zużyte wyposażenie. Po takim pseudo spa konieczna setka w restauracji na "odkażenie się". W restauracji skąpy wybór piwa (w ogóle nie ma pszenicznego ani ciemnego).

Miła i kompetentna obsługa, smaczne śniadanie z dużym wyborem potraw, wygodne łóżko. Mały pokój, łazienka w standardzie PRL-owskim, mało kanałów TV, wysoka cena jak za taki pokój - 149zł przez booking.pl (cena standardowa 179zł !) + 20 zł parking ??? adekwatna cena za ten pokój to max 140 zł oczywiście z parkingiem.
