Sheraton Krakow Hotel

From the moment I entered the Hotel the staff were polite and very helpful right through from Reception/Bar/Restaurant and Domestic Staff which made my stay even more enjoyable..nothing was too much trouble for any of them The room was very clean & comfortable I had a great nights sleep....... the mini bar was something special (the good nights sleep had nothing to do with the mini bar !!!!) .

The staff were fantastic, everyone made us feel very welcome and were attentive to our requests and made our lack of knowledge of Polish easier by booking taxi's and advising on places to eat and things to see. The room was impeccable, luxurious and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful with marble washbasins and all very clean. The attention to detail in the decor was great. We ate in the Olive Restaurant which is part of the hotel and the food was wonderful. We did not want to leave and will be going back next year!

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff and chilled relaxing atmosphere. The Bar and Restaurant area are very cosy even though you are in a large atrium space.

Views from the 1st floor out towards the river were non existant, we had a concrete pillar practically all the way across the window.

Easy walk to City Centre and the right side side for the airport. Freindly staff and a nice airy, modern design. Good sized rooms.

Some building work on adjoining sites but only spoils the look rather than causes any noise. The pool is small.

The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Great lobby and lounge area to relax in. Great service and friendly staff.

A nice 10 min walk to the Old Town but a little further away than I expected.

The hotel was situated in the perfect place, it is only a 5 minute stroll to the main square the pool was small but okay for what we needed, the staff in the bars are all friendly and did everything they could to make our stay a good one, overall an excellent hotel.

Great location right on the bank of Visla river and a gorgeous view of Wawel. Well done best practice Sheraton interiors.

Parking at the hotel was full, even though expensive by local standards. The hotel floor layouts and vertical transporation are very far from optimal: we had to go about 200m from the elevator to our room on our level.

Sehr nette hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.sehr gutes Frühstück buffet und auch restaurant ist sehr gut.fantastisch funktionierendes "hoteltaxi".

Ich habe zu Klubzimmer abgegradet .Leider in beiden Zimmer funktionierte das Internet nicht.Es wurde kein neues Zimmer angeboten und im Preis wollte mann uns nicht entgegen kommen.!!Sehr schlecht!

La situation de l'hotel au centre de la vieille ville. Situation idéale pour visiter à pied tous les sites et sortir le soir sans problème.

Pourrait améliorer le service. Il n'y a personne pour accueillir les clients à la porte de l'hôtel, pas normal pour un 5 étoiles. Manque de fleurs devant l'hotel, le bar devrait être situé au top de l'hôtel pour profiter de la vue sur la Vistule et le Palais Wavel.
