Sheraton Kraków Hotel  

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Food and drink expensive. We only found out the day before we left that we could have upgraded on a special offer which we would have availed of. Perhaps these offers could be displayed on a notice board.

Breakfast expensive food sometimes cold.

Amazing view from windows towards Wawel, excellent service and personnel, big Atrium, comfort no smoking rooms.

There was no any playground for children. Price for breakfast differed from the prices noted in the description of the hotel on booking.com. Expensive WiFi.

Everything about the Sheraton hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating in every manner. The hotel is beautiful and spacious. I loved the very comfy bed. I was staying along with a friend in a twin room and the single beds were huge. The ensuite was of a high standard and the tea and coffee facilities were very welcome. The room was made up beautifully each day when we were out and about. We made use of the sauna and pool area which was very relaxing. Could do with a few more seats around the pool. I had a massage which was excellent. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would be tempted to visit krakow again simply to get staying in the Sheraton.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and there was a lovely warm atmosphere. One function room was closed for redecoration but the food and service available was excellent. The hotel arranged our pick up and drop off at the airport and this went very smoothly taking any stress out of the situation. Would highly recommend this hotel and will cetainly go back again myself.

No astray in smoking room, You could feel the cigarettes smell from the previous visitors. Could be aired before giving to the new visitors. just give the impression of uncleanness

A beautiful hotel, in a great location at a very reasonable price.

Breakfast is a little on the pricey side and perhaps this could be looked at to make it more attractive for people on a budget (especially as there is plenty of cheaper alternatives surrounding the hotel).

The hotel staff where very pleasant and helpful..The room itself was very comfortable, we both slept very well. The swimming pool and changing rooms were very clean and were easy to locate and use.

My only comment would be the cost of the breakfast as it was not included in our room price. Even if you only wanted a couple of items I.E. coffee, croissant you would still be charged the full price. We found it much cheaper to have breakfast outside of the hotel and I dare I say it much better coffee!

we needed to be close to Wawel castle and this suited perfectly.

Clean room, polite staff, good matress but the really best thing about this hotel is the location. Upgrade your room to one with view on the river - it is worth it!

A bit expensive for the facilites offered - free internet only in the lobby not in the room. 50Zloty( before tax) a night for a room with a view of the river (the other sights around are depressing) is a bit high but the worst: they charge for service taxi ( form the hotel to central station) more then a regular taxi - they don't inform you about it and they haven't heard of free (or very low cost) service taxi!
