Everything was perfect!! Booked for my finances birthday and what an amazing time we had!! From the pick up at the airport in a Sheraton Mercedes limousine to the very end we were very impressed indeed!! Thanks for a wonderful stay see you again soon xx Breakfast was a bit cold Shower needed fixing in our room

Beds were very comfortable. Good sized rooms with all you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Ideally situated within reach of old town in just a few minutes walk. Everything is accessible from here, nice walk along the river, what more could you ask. Very helpful staff - spot on. Nothing !

Loved the situation next to the River and adjacent to Warwel Castle. The inside of the hotel is beautiful we had a Club Room with a wonderful view of river, we also had use of the Club Lounge with its super nibbles and drinks. The staff and meals were excellent, highly recommended. No complaints.

SUCH FRIENDLY STAFF and wonderful Club Rooms. Breakfasts were excellent and we were very surprised at the quality of the lunch also. Club Lounge was an excellent idea. The hotel could provide more than 2 complementary bikes for use of guests

Central to all amenities, staff were excellent, friendly and went that one step extra for guests. Facilities were excellent and sports bar great for catching all the live sport. Fantastic hotel.

liked that the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nice big comfy beds. Rooms spacious. Efficiently run car service all the english speaking channels were news update channels, one film channel with continuous badly rated movies. No jacuzzi for a five star hotel. Not a great selection of food in the restaurant.

- Good view of Wawel castle and the lake - Good proximity to city center and tourist spots - Good facilities, looks well maintained - Friendly staff - Quite and safe vicinity. - Big bed - Ice dispenser on each floor is a great idea! - bed sheet is not so clean. There were some stains under the pillows. Other than that, all other sheets and linens are okay though. - not enough waiting seats in the lobby so we were standing most of the time while waiting for our friends to be ready.

This is a Fantastic Hotel. The Staff were brilliant, very efficient, attentive and polite. The service was first class, the food was excellent. All the public areas were comfortable great to just sit relax and have a coffee. The sports bar was a fun place to be with great service. This is a top end 5* Hotel and I will be returning.

Beautiful hotel with trees growing in the dining /lounge area. Friendly efficient staff, at every level, made my stay really enjoyable. Room had a wonderful view over the river. Food was delicious. There was not one thing I did not like. congratulations to the manager for doing such a great job.
