Acest hotel de 5 stele este situat la 40 de metri de râul Vistula şi la 8 minute de mers pe jos de Castelul Regal Wawel. Acesta oferă camere de lux, servicii de înaltă clasă şi facilităţi moderne de agrement. Toate camerele cu aer condiţionat de la Sheraton Kraków Hotel sunt spaţioase şi mobilate clasic. Lovely hotel In good situation. Staff all very friendly attentive and helpful. Beautiful rooms A bit dissappointed that the pool was not open till 8am so coildnt have an early morning swim

Stayed for three nights found the staff to be very friendly hotel was in good location housekeeping was excellent woud stay again Only complaint was the price of breakfast We were offered a reduced price if we booked when we checked in but as we didnt want to make our minds up there and then we declined. We ended up having breakfast two morinings of our stay but had to pay the full price and not the reduced one Felt that we were put under pressure to book breakfast on our arrival.

Perfect 4 day stay. All staff, from check-in, room maids, breakfast staff, etc, were beyond helpful and made us feel very welcome. Krakow is a lovely city and we walked everywhere, even to Oskar Shindler's factory. We did not use a tram, bus or taxi. I cannot believe how cheap food is,compared to London. We ate well and never spent over £25 for the two of us (incl. beer and vodka shots). Walked around the Planty twice, a lovely walk and very relaxing. If staying at the Sheraton, I would definitely recommend upgrading to a deluxe room and include breakfast - the best I have ever had - worth all the money! I did not like the fact that there was not a kiosk/shop in the hotel lobby which sold international magazines or newspapers, soft drinks, water, snacks, some gifts that someone could purchase to take home, etc. (not everyone who stays in the hotel is on business expenses - and mini-bar room charges are very high). There are no gift shops in the immediate area. The hotel is missing something here.

Good quality hotel. I expect good service from them and get it. They got my check in date wrong! I ws lucky they had a cancellation otherwise I would have not had a room to stay in!

Friendly, helpful, knowledgable staff. Good lifts no waiting time. Relaxing and pleasant surroundings. Central easy to get to centre, within walking distance of good restruants. Expensive to eat. We chose to eat out except on the first night when the food was excellent.

The Sheraton like all Sheraton Hotels is very nice indeed, however we booked a Deluxe Room and have to say the view of the building site was not great and the view of the river limited and nothing to get excited about. Almost all the attractions to Krakow are behind the hotel and a very good 15-20mins walk to the main square. The Someplace else Bar attached to the hotel is really good and although reasonably priced is still more expensive than all the bars around the square and surrounding areas When we stayed at the Sheraton in Sopot we were offered a very reasonable upgrade to the Club Rooms. No such offer was made at reception here only the offer of a discounted breakfast which was priced at a very hefty 89Zl (65Zl if booked when checking in). If you havent already paid for breakfast dont bother as there are many cafes around that do a substantial breakfast for less than 20Zl

Great value for a quality hotel. Good location for those willing to walk 10-15 mins, as you can get to all the Krakow city centre sites within that sort of timeframe from the hotel. Even an in-house sports bar for those who can't bear to miss a big match when they're away.

We have stayed here before and loved it. Great quality hotel. Supposed to be 5 star but I would say more 4 star. Not that that matters it is still a lovely hotel in great location. You only really pay 4 star rates anyway. Be sure to get a Castle/river view. We will stay here again in April. No bad points! Only the fact that it is more 4 star than 5. Still a great hotel in great location.

Amazing view from windows towards Wawel, excellent service and personnel, big Atrium, comfort no smoking rooms. There was no any playground for children. Price for breakfast differed from the prices noted in the description of the hotel on booking.com. Expensive WiFi.

Traveling as a family group all our needs were taken care of. Would have liked to have been on the same floor as daughter son- in -law and grandson.They were in a family room on floor three and we were on floor one. It would have been nice if we were adjoining.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and there was a lovely warm atmosphere. One function room was closed for redecoration but the food and service available was excellent. The hotel arranged our pick up and drop off at the airport and this went very smoothly taking any stress out of the situation. Would highly recommend this hotel and will cetainly go back again myself.

Nice location, easily accessible, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff Price of drinks too expensive. It was very hot in the hotel but the windows can't be opened to let any fresh air in.

A beautiful hotel, in a great location at a very reasonable price. Breakfast is a little on the pricey side and perhaps this could be looked at to make it more attractive for people on a budget (especially as there is plenty of cheaper alternatives surrounding the hotel).
