The staff was very friendly, there was a very good price-quality ratio, and food was excellent. The lounge proved also to be very welcoming. I didn't like the fact that breakfast was relatively expensive, and the fact that the room wasn't cleaned upon my arrival. |

Hotel staffs seem to be a good trained and have enough hospitality. Entrance of car parking always mentioned "FULL", even if actually not fully occupied. It makes me confused and waste a time. |

Buena relación calidad precio. La recepcionista hablaba muy buen español y era muy simpática, nos explicó todo lo necesario. La piscina, la sauna y el gimnasio en la última planta del hotel están muy bien. Camas individuales de 90 cuando quizás se espere algo más de un 5 estrellas. Quizás no sea el mejor de los Sheraton pero muy bien y barato. Camas de 90 cm individuales.Desayuno demasiado caro si no lo llevas pagado con la reserva. |

Bij aankomst kregen wij nog de keuze of we een hele aantrekkelijke aanbieding wilden, of dat we ons aan ons gemaakte boeking wilden houden. De clubetage was heel goed met leuke extra's. Het zwembad is klein, maar door het stroomapparaat wel weer leuk. |

Service Internet toegang; elke 20/40 minuten opnieuw inloggen (anders gaat de verbinding automatisch verloren). Heel slecht was dat men bij uitchecken vroeg of ik een taxi nodig had. Op mijn positieve antwoord (en op mijn verzoek om het op de rekening te zetten) kreeg ik een taxi. Dit was echter gewoon een van de taxi's die 3 meter buiten de deur in rij staan te wachten (dus geen speciale hoteltaxi). |
