Ottima ristorazione con possibilità di scelta all'interno dell'hotel. Camere spaziose e, a parte gli imprevisti, tranquille. Durante il mio soggiorno si teneva un meeting di politici. Entrare ed uscire dall' hotel era come passare i controlli all' Aeroporto. Non credo che, per un cliente normale che paga credendo di avere un servizio da albergo di lusso, questo sia un trattamento adeguato. Addirittura è entrata la security in camera con i cani, svegliandomi, per controllare che fosse tutto a posto. Fatto presente più volte alla reception il mio disappunto e chiesto di parlare con il direttore (mai disponibile) non ho ricevuto nemmeno una telefonata od un messaggio di scuse per il disagio occorso. No comment.... |

Buon confort, ottima posizione. Pur essendo un hotel business non è assolutamente freddo, nè nella struttura, nè nel personale. |

La camera deluxe era ottima, molto spaziosa. Il parking era ampio, comodo ma costoso.Il ristorante orientale era molto buono. Il servizio di sorveglianza è molto accentuato a causa della presenza di personalità importanti. Grande ambiente americano e molto anonimo. Ho scelto questo hotel appositamente perché offriva 3 ristoranti. Alla domenica sera, dopo un viaggio di otto ore, nessun ristorante era aperto (5 stelle?). Abbiamo dovuto rimediare in un caffè nelle vicinanze. La sera successiva era solo funzionante il ristorante orientale comunque raffinato. |

Superb location and value for the money. Very helpful staff (they did help me park my car, even though there is no valet parking) A view on the garage roof from my "preferred guest" room? Very expensive garage parking |

0. very bad. they do not care about comfort of their gusts... very bad experience... never again. a completely drunk person was knocking and breaking my door at 3 am in the night... security arrived 15 min later... and it is in a 5 star hotel...never again |

Overall excellent experience besides the room service not being able to bring us a bite at 5am... A bit dissapointing on that one. The rest was perfect. Better room service. |

Excellent hotel. You can find good rates during weekends. Higher rates during working day as it is a business hotel. No swimming pool. In-room internet outrageously expensive. Location a bit out of the city centre. |

The comfort . iT is a wonderful choice and not far from the old city. We stayed at the club room which was big and reakky fantastic. I would reccomend this hotel to everyone comib\ing to warsaw |

Excellent location and the rooms are very comfortable I have been double billed for my hotel room and the hotel is very slow about solving billing problems.There was noisy and bad working air condition/vent system in the room |

It's a city center hotel, walking distance to everywhere, wonderful location. The free access to the internet for guests was very well appreciated. There was a quite annoying 24h noise in the room, probably from the air condition or vent system, that should be fixed. |

I have stayed at the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel many times and the service and friendliness of the staff are outstanding. The rooms are very comfortable with good facilities and dining options superb - especially in the 'Oriental' restaurant. The pub/restaurant 'Someplace Else' often have good live music too. |

Excellent location and facilities. Wonderful breakfast. Great inclusive deal at the weekend. Room was very warm. It had ben snowing the week before but temperatures rose to 20 C. |

good service except taxi charges limousine service is terrible and cheater.They said it will be 60zloty fixed rate to airport but I ended up paying 128zloty. I think the driver is cheating me |

nice room, clean, quiet location, walking distance to the old town (if wether is nice), efficient bus conections to the old town (as well), kind hotel staff wet sauna (men): not possible to wash the seat before the use; (water pipe inside the sauna without the hose) |
