駅から歩いて１０分で便利です　観光のメイン　中心まであるいても１０分　バベル城までも１５分位でロケーションは大変良いです部屋の広さも有り　キッチンの広さも充分でした　部屋代もリーズナブルでお勧めできます

４泊してタオル　シーツ等の交換は頼まないとしません　部屋の掃除も有りませんでした　部屋の広さのわりに　洗面所　シャワーが狭く残念です

海外の友人と同じホテルで待ち合わせる筈が、私だけ同じ系列のBlueBellの部屋を割り振られてしまい- 、少し不便でした。但し、BlueBellの部屋は2ヶ月前に改装したばかりと言われた通り明るく広々とし- てきれいで満足でした。ホテルの斜向かいにスーパーもあり非常に便利なロケーションでした。

部屋は新しいのに掃除が行き届いていなくて、便器が汚れていたり、床に埃やゴミが少し落ちていたのが残念で- す。

I can't really think of anything positive about the place - read below...

1) I specifically asked for double bed but got 2 single ones! I asked the next day for different apartment but I was told that all are taken and hotel can give me double mattress - that promise was not delivered!!! 2) During the first night heater fell off from the wall making horrible noise!. 3) We asked for the breakfast to be brought at 9.00am - it was delivered at 8.15 and yogurt was out of date by 1 week! Never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rates are reasonable and has easy access to the centre of town, where dinning out is a must.

Location, for me was noisy, a train line wasn't too far away, although the passage of the train was infrequent it was disturbing during the late evening and night. During two of my four nights, a local shop's burglar alarm kept ringing although the night. In short and in combination with the heat of the Summer, I slept poorly.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom in our room looked new and was very nice.

When we arrived, we were told there was not a room available for us and that we would have to spend the first night in a different hotel and move back to their hotel the next day. That is not how we wanted to spend our time, unpacking and repacking. I thought that is why you make a reservation! The reception is at a different building and that turned out very inconvenient. When we finally got in our room, the housekeeper forgot to leave towels. We had to walk back to reception to pick up towels. The room was not very clean. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for days and there was trash on the floor. With all of this hassle, we wanted to speak to the manager, but they were always unavailable.

Good location in an old tenement house just five minutes ago from the old town. The room is well-designed (a bit outdated though).

Noisy neighbors at three o'clock AM. But it's a matter of luck.

Difficulty of checking in via another site and no prior warning or information on the procedure.

once i found the apartments the location was excellent as was within walking distance of all city centre attractions. The excursion booked via reception was perfect timings, spot on as were the transfers. Although I found the serving of breakfast a bit bizzare this was also delivered give or take 10 mins of the selected time

on the occasion of my visit the roads were being resurfaced which ment early morning noise, it was also a bit noisy as there was a tran line at the end of the street and you could hear the trains going along. The apartment floor felt a bit gritty, probaly due to the roads being resurfaced, however did not create a good impression. The room had a rather dark gloomy appearance.

Please pay attention of all your clients that there are three hotels and where client will be stay he dont know. I dont have any information about change of address of our stay place. In hotel all were very good.

The sheet on the bed did not cover the whole matress. Breakfast was pre-prepared and was somewhat weak.

Clean, modern & comfortable. No maid service;make your own bed Well situated near the Old Town. Double glazed, so quiet

Reception & keys were 10 minutes walk away. However, having booked an airport taxi through the hotel, we were met at the hotel & given our keys. Had to return keys to receptiobn. 3rd floor. No lift

The apartment is in a great location not far from the Main Market Square. We were able to park our car on the street close to our accommodation - it was pay parking, but not very expensive. The location was very quiet and our room was very secure and large. Breakfast was delivered to the room.

The breakfast was not great, but considering that this was inexpensive accommodation in a good location it is only a minor problem.
