Helpful quite polite staff. Cleaning service arrives each day offering also the supply of drinkable water. The hotel is located close to the train station. If you travel by train you do not need to take taxi as long as you are not carrying heavy bags.

The hot water facilities were missing in the room. This is kind a big issue as they close the hotel restaurant at 9pm. Also it (the restaurant)stayed closed for two days because of low number of guests I was informed, which was just ridiculous. You do not close the only restaurant in the hotel although with the poor kitchen it had! I would not stay in this hotel on my next visit to Wroclaw. You may find better and nicer places and for more reasonable price.

Much better than the photos in web site suggested.We booked a suite as it was very little more in cost, although the standard rooms looked a good size. We asked for a quiet room onto the back courtyard and it was very quiet. New bathroom. Very comfortable beds with duvet & nice pillows. Spotless cotton linen. Helpful, English speaking staff who could not do enough for us.(One even offered to bring in her own DVD films for us to watch!). The hotel manager personally sorted out our internet connection to our room and once done it always worked..Food was available breakfast, dinner and a set lunch for 15zlts of soup, main course and drink. We booked 6 nights, but ended up staying 11 rather than move to another hotel, because this one suited us well.

Only one English channel on TV: depressing World News. We suggested to the hotel that an investment in satellite TV would make this very good hotel more attractive to English speaking guests.

Close to Railway Station and Old City as well. Good size room with flat screen TV, telephone, central heating, AC and a very nice bathroom with hair-dryer. Newspaper is available in reception. Wired internet access in the room for free. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs but we didn't check it.

No coffee/ tee facilities in the room (just mineral water).

Very good price/quality ratio. Big, spatious room and bathroom - really nice. Quite nice, stylish furniture. Very good location, especially if you travel by train or bus. Helpful stuff. Quite good breakfast, served from 6.30 until 10.00. Checkout until 12.00 - could be important. And it's way better than neighbouring Hotel Polonia - I tried both of them ;)

I stayed there for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned during the day. There was no wi-fi in the room, despite they write it on their profile, but just cable Internet (I had to take the cable from reception) a bit noisy, especially rooms from the main street. The desk was small and narrow. - all these are just minor problems, generally I do recommend this hotel and probably will be back there soon.

Slightly disappointed as hotel seems tired and so does the staff, with minimum effort to help, advice or answering questions. Parking away from the hotel did not help the frustration. Don't think will rush to stay there again, especially after having stayed in another hotel at the beginning of our holiday, at the same price but without a comparison with excellent service, facilities, car park/short distance to old Town and superb comfort.
