Location near bus terminus from airport and station for onward travel: not far from old town attractions.

The staff were very friendly, and most of them spoke english very well. The cleaning of the rooms was great, and we didn't have any problems. The staff was helpful when explaining where we should walk to get to the shopping centers, restaurants etc. a very nice stay, would definitely recommend the hotel.

The location is fantastic because close to most amenities, the breakfast is very good.

The view from the room we stayed in was directly at the commercial waste bin, suppose a roof could be put over it.

the room was very nice even if it was basic.

we dont go away to watch tv so the lack of english speaking channels did not bother us but it did annoy other people. maybe tea/coffee facilities would improve it?

Tidy and clean room, great location and affordable prices

Very good location. Next to the rail station, bus station, city center and a bus stop to the airport but loud at the same time becouse of the trains going close to the hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms.

I didnt like the way they treat us when we came in. I felt like "heres your key, F... off". Not to friendly stuff.

Close to Railway Station and Old City as well. Good size room with flat screen TV, telephone, central heating, AC and a very nice bathroom with hair-dryer. Newspaper is available in reception. Wired internet access in the room for free. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs but we didn't check it.

No coffee/ tee facilities in the room (just mineral water).

Very good price/quality ratio. Big, spatious room and bathroom - really nice. Quite nice, stylish furniture. Very good location, especially if you travel by train or bus. Helpful stuff. Quite good breakfast, served from 6.30 until 10.00. Checkout until 12.00 - could be important. And it's way better than neighbouring Hotel Polonia - I tried both of them ;)

I stayed there for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned during the day. There was no wi-fi in the room, despite they write it on their profile, but just cable Internet (I had to take the cable from reception) a bit noisy, especially rooms from the main street. The desk was small and narrow. - all these are just minor problems, generally I do recommend this hotel and probably will be back there soon.

Helpful quite polite staff. Cleaning service arrives each day offering also the supply of drinkable water. The hotel is located close to the train station. If you travel by train you do not need to take taxi as long as you are not carrying heavy bags.

The hot water facilities were missing in the room. This is kind a big issue as they close the hotel restaurant at 9pm. Also it (the restaurant)stayed closed for two days because of low number of guests I was informed, which was just ridiculous. You do not close the only restaurant in the hotel although with the poor kitchen it had! I would not stay in this hotel on my next visit to Wroclaw. You may find better and nicer places and for more reasonable price.
