Very nice comfortable rooms.Good road links. Whilst near to the tram it was a 20 minutes walk to the centre. Nothing much immediately around the hotel. |

The breakfast buffet. Also the proximity of the hotel to the tram stop and the main bus station on route to the city centre. The hotel is situated near two main and busy roads. Despite the double glazing it can be noisy during the night and in the early hours of the morning. |

A very good hotel, good facilities i.e food/bar/spa I did not like the fact they offer 24 hour room service and when we asked for room service we were told it was not available, staff were very dismissive and both were female,blond and sorry but were of little use beyond looking decorative on reception, very disappointing. |

Staff were attentive, helpful and cheerful. My lack of Polish speaking did not pose a problem around the hotel. Unfortunately the patio area overlooking the river was covered in midges and insects in the evening. It would be nice if some sort of insect catcher/repellant could be used in the area to enable guests the opportunity of sitting out on a pleasant evening. |

The location of the hotel near the river (provided you have window facing it), the staff were really helpfull and nice. Insects in the room: beatle (harmless) and big spider (can bite). |

The Hotel is brand new and the staff was definitely well trained and prepared to provide outstanding service; even the cleaning staff. It's located at a major road junction that gives quick access to any part of the city and the Spa facility is also top notch. The satellite TV is only showing 14 channels and no pay TV. |

lokalizacja przy rzece, aranżacja wnętrz, duże i wygodne pokoje - prawie jak w domu. olbrzymia pozytywna różnica w stosunku do korporacyjnych hoteli tej samej klasy zamknięta impreza w hotelu i tym samym brak dostępu do restauracji. na szczęście można było zamówić pełne menu w dużym wygodnym barze. |

Es war alles ok, Küche vorzüglich.Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. man weigerte sich zuerst den vereinbarten Preis von Euro 384 zu akzeptieren und verlangte wegen zwischenzeitliicher Kursänderung und Preiserhöhung 50 Euro mehr. Ich habe die Zahlung verweigert und es wurde der vereinbarte Buchungspreis schlussendlich abgerechnet. |
