The apartment was great accomodations, very cheap, and great location I disliked how far I had to go out of the city centre to get the key for the apartment and then back to the city centre for the apartment |

I was very impressed with the sodispar aparthotel, as I had been informed it was a 15minute walk from the bus/train station & old town.Upon arrival I went to the reception & the staff there were extremely professional and helpful.I was given a map of the local area and given possible places of interest to visit. The room was a loft apartment which was very clean,well heated and generally a very nice loft space. The shower and bathroom were very clean,the only negative in the whole room was maybe the beds which were a little soft, but aside from this the room was excellent and included a tv & freeview box. Also when I had any questions throughout the stay the staff were very helpful and gave additional information such as train/bus timetable |

Very clean apartments, nice staff and fantastic value. Stayed in loft room, which could be noisy if people in adjacent shared kitchen late at night. Fifteen minute walk to town centre (but we knew that when we booked). |

The owner was exceptionally helpful - even took us to the supermarket near the office to help us buy milk etc. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service - would love to give him lots of business - he deserves it! |

The apartment staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us a map, and showed us the places to go etc... We stayed on the ground floor and it was very noisy with people coming in and out from 5am! |

People working there are great,So kindly girls especially Kasia who managed very good to keep all her guests glad.friendly drivers for the tranfers.The apartments were in good location quite big for two people modern furniture tidy and clean.Price is a good if you get there with pounds.Eramos 2 mochileros buscando un hostel y nos alojamos en estos apartamentos por los excelentes precios. Some problems to pay by credits cards. |

It was in a quiet neighborhood with bus and tram lines(#3 and #7) very close (within 3 blocks). I liked the shared kitchen which allowed me to cook some of my meals (several handy stores within a 2 block radius of the hotel). The staff were great and available from 8 am to 8 pm every day in the office. Although the hotel in not in the Old Town, is was an easy walk (15 minutes) to it. The Galaria Krakowska is a large shopping mall with 20 minutes walk of the hotel (and next to the train station). I did take advantage of the optional hotel shuttle from the airport and was pleased with the service. I have no complaints about the hotel and, if I had, I am sure the staff would have promptly addressed them. |

It was a very nice room. Very cheap and the staff was really friendly! It was a little walk downtown, didn't bother us, but for some people, that might be frusturating. |

the main thing was the location , it was 2mins from main city square and a 5min walk from the train station apartment was very roomy with all mod cons ( cooker , washing machine , fridge and TV ) |
