Extremely helpful and pleasant staff, who gave us an upgrade free of charge to one of the central apartments. Taxi transfer was punctual and reasonably priced. Clean and very spacious accommodation, very close to all facilities - all in all, an absolute bargain at the price! Downside of a very central location meant that it was slightly noisy at night. The apartment was very basic in terms of the overall look etc, and we were disappointed not to get a proper walk-in shower, but as it was so cheap it didn't matter & we soon felt at home. One other minor quibble was that the TV had no english channels at all. |

Everything was perfect!!!! Centrally located, very cheap, very friendly and helpful personel, very comfortable and clean rooms! The apartment was at the third floor and there was no lift. |

The staff at Sodispar apartments were extremely friendly. I got a free upgrade to an apartment in the centre. Apartment was very spacious and clean and excellent value for money. I can really recommend Sodispar to everyone and will be staying with them if I make it to Krakow again. |

Value for money. Full kitchenette was available in room. Advertised washing machine takes 3 hours for one load and only 1 machine is available. 20mins walk to city square and train station. |

Everything was very near (restaurant , shopping , castle...) Problem with the heating and hot water, we didn't have them for 2 days. The WC was leaking and for the last 2 days there was a strange smell in the apartment from the graver shop down stairs. It made us sick. We felt like in Aushwitz. No parking space. |

the staff were very friendly and informative. the apartment was a short easy walk from the centre of Krakow and very close to several shops. it was very good value and they also have many more available close to the square if you don't like to walk. |

I was upgraded to the apartment in the city centre. Next to the Main Square and close to everything you could possibly imagine. Spotless clean. Staff very helpful. |

The staff was exceptionally helpful and organized. Although I had booked an apartment in the main hotel building (which is about 1.5-2 km from the city center) I was given another with very central location for the same (quite low) price. (It was February and there were a lot of vacancies.) The bathroom was renovated, large, and comfortable. The kitchen and bedroom were OK. |

That was clean & warm 2 room-apartment with a large bathroom & kitchen at the town centre not far from disco & restaurants... It was very suitable to reach every part of the town out of there. |

The apartment was supposed to be a double room with shared kitchen 15 minutes walk from the city centre. In actual fact the room turned out to be a full apartment, 2 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom, less than 1 minutes walk from the central square. The apartment was outdated, really needed renovation. The room looked nothing like the nice new place which was on the internet. Was very very cheap though! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given transport to our apartment and a free upgrade. Apartment was very nice and fantastic value for money. Great location, would definitely recommend Sodispar as a place to stay. The only negative thing I could possibly say about it was that there was no lift and there were a fair few flights of stairs to climb, still one could look on that as useful exercise to shed a few pounds that the Polish cusine added. It wouldnt really be suitable for a person in a wheelchair though. |
