The level of service is exceptional - even for a five star hotel. The room we stayed in was superb with all the creature comforts we needed. Highly recommended. |

Very good location, private beach, security and privacy. There was not enough beachchears in private beach for all quest. The parking place for car is not quaranteed. There was debited a 2000 zlot deposit from credit card that was not returned long time. |

Location, view on the see from my room. Towels were old and little shaggy, room was not clean in every corner, some dust still could be spotted after cleaning. |

The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool was great for the kids. |

The location is perfect and the beds are excellent. We did not like that they didn't have our room ready when we arrived. They don"t have what it takes to be a 5 stars hotel. You have to wait to long for ordering food/drinks. And the restaurant need to improve their food. |

This was a top-class luxury hotel with the feeling of old world character. Perfect beachside location. Great for walks. Breakfast was expensive, but there are plenty of local cheaper options. |

Hotellet var utmerket på alle måter. Sengene var fantastiske. Grei beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen i Gdansk. |

Su ubicación, su calidad y su clase, sin olvidar a su director el belga M. Patrick Carabin y sus colaboradores (Monika especialmente). C'est la classe!!! Algunos pequeños detalles como tiradores de cajones sin apretar, pequeñas manchas en las cortinas de abrir las puertas...poco importantes |

frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche,Bademantel, Shampoo, Conditioner,Duschgel, Bodymilk, Wasserkocher,Tee, Kaffee,Mineralwasser,Nähset, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen,Badeschlappen,Tresor,Pool,Sauna,Fitnesscenter,Wellnessangebote Die Mitarbeiter im Fitnessbereich(Pool, Sauna),sowie auf der Etage(Zimmermädchen).. Zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer, zu wenig Platz in den Schreibtisch -Schubladen, zu wenig Möglichkeiten,um Handtücher, Bademäntel,oder Jacken aufzuhängen.Schade,daß an der Rezeption kein deutsch gesprochen wird und Anrufe von Freunden,bzw. Verwandten nicht durchgestellt, oder wenigstens ausgerichtet wurden. |

Sympatyczny personel Hotel bazuje na swojej historycznej renomie rprezentując w tej chwili marny poziom techniczny. Uszkodzony parkiet na korytarzu przykryty chodnikiem, nogi można połamać. Gwarantowany dostęp do internetu uzyskałem dopiero po wielu interwencjach, szybkość przesyłu beznadziejna. Obsługa owszem miła ale mało profesjonalna |

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, in der Nähe der Seebrücke. Kleiner Spaziergang zur Fußgängerzone mit Geschäften und Lokalen. |

Die Lage des Hotels, das Flair und die Zimmer; insbesondere die Betten sind sehr gut! Schlechter Service an der Bar, wir mussten aus dem Cigar Room zur Bar gehen, um Getränke nachzubestellen. Ich habe diesem einen Mitarbeiter auch deutlich meine Meinung dazu gesagt. |

wspaniały, zapierający dech w piersiach widok z okna, bardzo ładny, czysty pokój, sprzątany kilka razy dziennie śniadanie - nie dosyć że dodatkowo płatne to wyjątkowo słabe, jak na hotel tej klasy, przeterminowane jogurty, mała różnorodność, a warzyw po prostu brak (nie liczę miski sałatki greckiej i paluszków marchewkowych), nie rekompensuje tego cudowny widok z okna restauracji |

Wunderschönes Gebäude, sowie Grünanlagen. Sehr Zentral. Schöner Ausblick auf das Meer. Schöner Wellnessbereich und gut eingerichtetes Fitnessstudio. Keine Steckdose im Bad. Der Fernseher empfängt nicht gut die Programme. |
