Sofitel Grand Sopot  

Je vais a sopot depuis bientot 7 ans pour mes affaires .Je dois dire que depuis que Mr Carabin ,a repris la direction de l hotel tout y est parfait .Propretée ; personnel acceuillant , petit dejeuner exquis ......je recommande cet hotel pour le spa ou l on peut se prelasser apres une journee fatiguante .......Cet hotel est 10 fois meieux que le sheraton a cote a tous points de vue .

It is a beautiful and stylish hotel. The staff is very friendly and the views and locations are great. We enjoyed the spa. The shampoos body lotions and other producst provided in the rooms are very good quality.It is nice and quiet hotel.

We expected a better quality of the rooms, they were ok, but not luxurious ( the bathroom was really not luxe, and we didnt get enough towels). The breakfast was a disapointment. For the price we payed we expected more variety, especially more choices for vegetarians and vegans. We missed more soya products ( yoghurt, cheese), fruit, bigger choice of muesli, organic food, etc. It is a pity that the hotel doenst have a beauty saloon, hairdresser etc. The lack of jacuzzi in the wellness center is also a turn off...

Classic style with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The Spa was wonderful.

We had one experience in the morning where we had to wait a long time before ordering and being served breakfast. Otherwise good experiences.

Room was very clean but I expect the bed to be crispy laid in a 5 star hotel.

Everything was excellent the grounds are absolutely beautiful and have their own area on the beach with cafe, good value for money

Very nice hotel, excellent mix of modern comfort and historic atmosphere. Breakfast is expensive but worth it. Upgrade to junior suite.

No Wifi in the rooms, shame! Room on top of the ballroom was a bit noisy, but as it was the party we were attending it was no problem.

Staff is very kind, respectful and helpful. Thank you for wonderful birthday cake for my Mum, it was unexpected and very pleasant. The views from the room and access to the beach are “The Best” We will come back, thank you for my memories. Renata Wolska

Great Location. We had a nice view of the sea, but at night leaving the windows open is difficult if you are a light sleeper because there are a number of young people who are on the walk ways below making noise. This would only impact one during the summer months. The food around the hotel is great. The water is very cold however, not a spot for someone who wants to spend lots of time in the sea for a vacation. Staff all speak English are are very nice.

For a five star hotel I thought the hotel could have had more facilities. Very minimal, but nice. Breakfast is too expensive for this part of the world.

śWietna lokalizacja hotelu. łAdny budynek z zewnątrz ale to chyba każdy wie.

łAdny secesyjny budynek niestety nie współgra w wnetrzem. Secesja na zewnątrz kusząca I zapraszająca do środka a w środku standart nieco lepszy niz w hotelach Ibis. Bardzo powolna obsługa w recepcji hotelu, trzeba sobie zarezerwowac czas na wymeldowanie.
