Everything was at expected, if not even better. Nice rooms, with a wonderful, huge bed, bathtub and internet connection! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the concierge was very helpful with questions about the city. The bus leaves every ten minutes just a few hundred meters from the hotel, and the old Town is practically right outside the hotel. The Canaletto restaurant at the hotel can be recommended. We had read the breakfast was very overpriced, but took the risk, thinking that the price reflected the assortment and quality of the food. We were very wrong. It is a okay, fine breakfast, but for the price I would have expected something at least a little more exclusive. Go eat breakfast in the neighbourhood instead! There are lots of options.. |

Very close to the city center - 3 min walking. The same distance from the station of bus from airport. Free tee, coffee, mineral water in the room. L'occitane cosmetic. Excellent bed furnishing. Bed was a bit too soft. |

swimming pool was amazing - with a mirror on ceilings that you can watch yourself while swimming on back. Also location is very good, you can reach old town in 5-10minutes by walk, and bus stop to/from airport is like 5 minutes by walk. Wifi is in the rooms and is free of charge breakfast overpriced, rooms need to be updated!! Nowadays even in a cheap 2 stars (like campanile) hotels there are LCD television!! They definately don't deserve 5 stars! What a nonsense. And the king size bed wasn't that big - typical double bed, so why called king size.. |

Friendly staff. The rooms and the bar need an update, they are oldfashion. Welcome to the 80's! They don't deserve a 5 star rate. |

Our room was really nice and the kingsize bed is sooo soft and comfortable. Very clean room and the cleaners came twice a day, there is a possibility to make tea or coffee in your own room. Staff was really friendly and professional, everybody could speak english (even cleaning ladies). Breakfast is something you should try, it is very good and there are many choices! Free fast internet in rooms. Hotel has also nice spa. It has the best location, it is almost in old town and you can easily walk to centrum. Parking is quite expensive. |

Excellent dinner and breakfast. Parking not owned by hotel but very close. Good location, atleast for our purposes. Not exactly same level as 5 stars e.g. in France, but good hotel though |

Proximity to Old Town historic district and the Saxony Gardens with its extensive walking areas. Also plenty of restaurants of excellent quality nearby. Hotel has excellent internet access and its free, great for business travellers like us. There was confusion regarding our Booking.com rate and applicable taxes but an email request to customer service got a quick response and resolution. Not a good start though. Also, the breakfast buffet is incredibly expensive, most expensive breakfsst I have ever seen. Needs to be more a a la carte approach to breakfast. |

The Hotel staff was very polite and they were willing to help to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This Hotel should be rated as a 3 star Hotel. Booked 2 rooms - one of the rooms was not cleaned. The reason given - we were checked in before 12:00 noon. The rooms were airconditioned, but the bathrooms did not have any vantilation and was very hot inside. We're told to leave the door open while using the bathroom to let some air in. The breakfast prices - way too high! |

Kaikki toimi moitteettomasti! Kiitos. |
