“Outstanding service, they really make an effort to make sure you having a nice stay! Location is perfect for those that want to enjoy nightlife. Very close to 1 bar street (Mono Bar, Bank, Rich and Pretty etc.) then just trough the park you have Platinum and Club Opera. Food at the Hotel Restaurant was top notch.”

Value for money. Good location and friendly, helpful staff. They charged a 125 euro deposit for prepayment of the use of minibar, breakfast etc. This was not announced during booking the hotel.

It was simply great, as usual; you know what to expect and what you get; As we were there for our mariage, we had the pleasant news when arriving that our room had been upgraded and a bottle of crémant was waiting for us in the room - always nice; service is excellent, including luggage carriers, taxi orders, etc. swimming pool great with mirrors on the roof and refreshing drinks available;

We came to the Sofitel hotel with our baby for one night during april 2012, the hotel is located near the old town and you can get by walking to all of the good places there. The room was clean and we even got a sweet teddy bear for our baby waiting in her bed with a shirt says SOFITEL on it. The staff were very helpful and even when it says check in from 2 o'clock we had ours on 10 in the morning when we got there. It could have been more convenient if they had WIFI internet in the romms and not only a Lan, The lobby has a free WIFI internet.

I loved our stay at the Sofitel in Warsaw,it was so central for all the tourist attractions,staff were very polite and helpful and I loved being chosen for the 'guest' of the day,the room was so comfortable and luxurious.

I really liked this hotel the staff really helpfull,the swimming pool area lovely and the bed really comfy, we didnt eat in hotel so cant comment on food but we did have great cocktails in the bar after a busy day touring.

Excellent service. The hotel is at a good location. 5 minutes walk from the Old City and around 15 minutes walk to the city center. Ask for a room with a view facing the Opera.

I travel a lot to different countries as a conference organiser but this is the best experience I've ever had. Staff in the Hotel very friendly and helpful. They pay attention to every small detail. Location is brilliant - Old City is just few minutes walk from the Hotel.

Modern hotel with good service,spacious comfortable room(beds extremely comfie).What was best was the interestingly designed swimming pool with mirrors on the ceiling. The price of the breakfast was far too high, - experienced just once by us. A more sensible price would have meant more visits!

Good value for money. The bed is excellent and the service very good, staff friendly and competent. The location is good. I didn't use the pool but it seems really nice. The room was a bit small for 'junior suite' (in fact the bed room is normal room size with a kind of office room with another bathroom attached) - so I would not recommend the junior suite. The restaurant and bar are overprized (6 eur for a double espresso) and you can easily spend the price of a room on two dinners. So go out to eat.

Excellent staff. Very cooperative. 10 minutes by taxi from central train station and 3 minutes from bus station directly from airport. Luxurious hotel with nice facilities. 10 minutes walk to the city centre.
