Proximity to Old Town historic district and the Saxony Gardens with its extensive walking areas. Also plenty of restaurants of excellent quality nearby. Hotel has excellent internet access and its free, great for business travellers like us. There was confusion regarding our Booking.com rate and applicable taxes but an email request to customer service got a quick response and resolution. Not a good start though. Also, the breakfast buffet is incredibly expensive, most expensive breakfsst I have ever seen. Needs to be more a a la carte approach to breakfast. |

The Hotel staff was very polite and they were willing to help to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This Hotel should be rated as a 3 star Hotel. Booked 2 rooms - one of the rooms was not cleaned. The reason given - we were checked in before 12:00 noon. The rooms were airconditioned, but the bathrooms did not have any vantilation and was very hot inside. We're told to leave the door open while using the bathroom to let some air in. The breakfast prices - way too high! |

Location was very nice. Right near old town close to the shopping district. Great area to go to experience some great cultural history. The whole area is going though renovations and looks incredible considering the event that took place there so few years ago. |

The hotel was overbooked. I was told that my reservation was was garanteed and was not even in their system. I did not get a room until 2:00 am after all other people were a no show or did get a room. Reception was very unfriendly and was only trying to get rid of me. Felt treated like a schoolboy and I'm not the sensitive type. I'm done with Sofitel for a while. |

La situación es excelente, ya que está cerca de todo lo más interesante que hay que ver en Varsovia. Estuvimos en una habitación doble twin y las camas son fantásticas ya que, además de espaciosas, tienen un doble colchón de plumas. El servicio de habitaciones funciona bien. El hall del hotel no tiene ningún encanto y no hay una zona en la que puedas descansar o estar con una cierta intimidad. |

El haber cargado el total del precio por adelantado y con bastante tiempo ha permitido disfrutar de una oferta muy ventajosa para tan buen hotel. 1. Sólo un pequeño episodio con un ascensor. Las puertas del mismo no se detuvieron al entrar una persona, golpeándola fuertemente. En todo lo demás el hotel magnífico. 2.Es una lástima que no se ofrezca un desayuno continental en el hotel, sólo hay buffét demasiado caro. |
