Close to the old town and railway station. This 5 star hotel's decoration is so boring. 95 pln for a breakfast is crazy. Lots of services which should be free of charge are not free, their staff even ask our credit card nr. In case any costs happen during our stay.

I enjoied very much my staying at Sofitel Victoria. The hotel has good location,is nice, quiet and luxury ,it has excellent staff and excellent food. Warsaw is a beautiful city, with quiet and happy peoples.

Bed and swimming pool absolutely amazing! Hotel just a few steps from the old city. The moquette is very old, needs a refurbishment. Breakfast very expensive but not mandatory.

Modern hotel with good service,spacious comfortable room(beds extremely comfie).What was best was the interestingly designed swimming pool with mirrors on the ceiling. The price of the breakfast was far too high, - experienced just once by us. A more sensible price would have meant more visits!

Good value for money. The bed is excellent and the service very good, staff friendly and competent. The location is good. I didn't use the pool but it seems really nice. The room was a bit small for 'junior suite' (in fact the bed room is normal room size with a kind of office room with another bathroom attached) - so I would not recommend the junior suite. The restaurant and bar are overprized (6 eur for a double espresso) and you can easily spend the price of a room on two dinners. So go out to eat.

I stayed in the Junior Suite and was really nice. Having a separate room for meetings with all the facilities was very convenient. Everything was outstanding and prices were according to a five stars hotel in a capital.

Excellent staff. Very cooperative. 10 minutes by taxi from central train station and 3 minutes from bus station directly from airport. Luxurious hotel with nice facilities. 10 minutes walk to the city centre.

Me and my friends were sincerely impressed by the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and the elegance of the environment. The location is optimal for sightseeing and clubbing. Just a suggestion: they should try to improve the casino.

Very comfortable, clean room, lovely pool and spa, good location in city. With the offer was very reasonable to stay. Breakfast was extremely expensive, mini bar nuts etc unbelieveably expensive, drinks in bar very expensive. Felt they were out to make every penny they could on extras.
