Lokalizacja hotelu, dosyc blisko do nadmorskiej promenady i centrum uslugowo-handlowego, jakosc uslug zwiazanych z utrzymaniem czystosci w pokoju. Brak jakiejkolwiek informacji dot. faktu iz hotel ten jest wg naszego odczucia w 90% przeznaczony dla gosci z Niemiec i calkowicie podporzadkowany ich wymogom. Mielismy poczucie, ze przebywamy w niemieckim hotelu. Dochodzil do tego problem ze spozywaniem obiadow w godzinach dla nas dogodnych (pomiedzy godz.18 a 20). Reklamowany w ofercie hotelu basen powinien byc natychmiast zamkniety z powodu karygodnego stanu wody i samego basenu - brudna woda, basen nie czyszczony i dostepny tylko do godz.16. |

Frühstücks-Buffet war vielfältig, freundliches Personal, deutschsprachig sehr bemüht Aussen-Schwimmbecken sollte besser gepflegt werden, und eventuell für Morgens-Schwimmer schon ab 7 oder 7.30 Uhr nutzbar sein. |

Tak to był miły pobyt. Dobra i miła obsługa wspaniałe śniadania i spokój. Jesli komuś nie odpowiada taki komfort ;) zawsze zostają do dyzpozycji inne nie zawsze tańsze hotele. Dla mnie hotelik jest extra. Troszke zaniedbany. |

Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten!! Das große Bad!! Die Einrichtung an sich für den Preis ist viel zu hoch!!! Das Schwimmbad im Garten sieht katastrophal aus. Der Kaffee schmeckt überhaupt nicht!! Kein Vergleich mit dem Orbis Hotel in Danzig!! |

Miła i otwarta obsługa, ładny ogród - rośliny są bardzo duże, ładne alejki, altanki itp.Smaczne śniadania. Na przeciwko hotelu jest kilka kafejek, barów i pubów. Dobra lokalizacja dla osób jadących na festival sunrice i inne imprezy organizowane w Amfiteatrze w Kołobrzegu-3 minuty na piechotę, ale główne centrum jest dość daleko. Hotel jest bardzo stary-wiele pomieszczeń, również "SPA" w opłakanym stanie - pokoje typu standard przerażające-"melina"(350zł/24h),szybko przenieśliśmy się do pokoju o podwyższonym standardzie (400zł/24h), który również takiego pokoju nie przypominał, ale miał przynajmniej nowe, czyste mebelki, w lepszym stanie łazienkę. Z wanny nie korzystaliśmy bo strach, z bidetu również-po puszczeniu wody kałuża na podłodze. Jeżeli chodzi o basen-nie jest lepiej... wkoło nie ma płytek, a jest kruszący się beton. Basen jest również betonowy, pomalowany kilka lat temu,obdrapany, farba poodpadała i pływała w basenie. Podczas 4 dniowego pobytu nie widziałam, żeby ktoś z niego korzystał.Hotel do generalnego remontu, lub inna cena-ach ten Orbis... |

Profesjonalna obsługa hotelu, wyposażenie łazienki, wystrój wnętrza hotelu, oferta hotelu kiedy zamówiłem śniadanie do pokoju to na moje pytanie jak mogę zamawiać składniki dostałem odpowiedź, że nie ważne czy zamówię jedną bułkę czy wszystko i tak zapłacę tę samą kwotę, zamówiłem więc większość z kartki a następnie po śniadaniu zostałem zbesztany przez telefon, przez kogoś z recepcji, że zamówiłem za dużo rzeczy i że "to tak nie działa" Moim zdaniem to niedopuszczalne |
