Exterior, lounge and halls are beautiful, with comfortable seating and stylish furniture. Good location relative to Białowieska National Park. Rooms are small and uncomfortable, lacking even a simple chair. Single-bed blankets on double bed. Due to fire in April 2008, restaurant and bar facilities are unavailable. For this reason, it is now severely overpriced. |

The staff needed to be more evident and friendly to compensate for the conditions we found.We appeared to be the only guests. There was still a very smoke-tainted atmosphere.The breakfast provided by a pension opposite the hotel was unfriendly and limited (unappetising). |

Early check in Room was very small Hotel was being renovated so no restaurant or breakfast on site. Breakfast poor. Charging for car park over the top |

This hotel is very picturesque with friendly staff, all of whom seem to speak at least some English. The restaurant is also very good. It is an easy walk from the entrance to the park Protected Area. |

Le calme de l'hotel Le rapport qualité prix.....Les chambres sont exigues. Le restaurant est fermé jusqu'au 1 décembre. Les petits déjeuner sont servis dans le restaurant situé en face. |

Äußerer Eindruck und Empfang sehr freundlich und stilvoll. Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Restaurant ist derzeit geschlossen wegen Umbauarbeiten, schade. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und etwas unpraktisch möbliert, die Betten durchgelegen. Frühstück derzeit in der Pension auf der anderen Straßenseite, dort Bedienung nicht ganz so freundlich, nicht ganz so sauber. Die Zimmer sind für den gebotenen Komfort zu teuer. |

spokojna okolica Brak wygłuszenia ścianek działowych pomiędzy pokojami. Można było prowadzic konwersację z sąsiadami przez ścianę. Chrapanie sąsiada uniemożliwiało wypoiczynek. |

Es ist ein schönes und gepflegtes Hotel Schwwirigkeiten gab es, weil nachts um 2230 Uhr der Strom im ganzten Hotel ausfiel uind erst am nächsten Tag 1330 wieder da war. Doch haben sie mir ein anderres Zimmer zugeteilt, das zumindest Licht hatte. Bei den PReisen gab es jedoch keinen Abzug! |
