Excellent sttaf. Excellent breakfast. Very nice view around. Difficult to find.location outside the town krynica. The name "hotel spa״ give us the idea that this hotel have special termal , and maybe mineral facility. They have common spa, so we have a little regret about the deal.

Hotel z pięknymi widokami, w spokojnym miejscu, świetna obsługa, wspaniała kuchnia, rewelacyjny basen i bardzo miała atmosfera. Pokój raczej mały ale komfortowy i czysty, ładna łazienka. Polecam ! Zapachy z restauracji przedostają się do pokoju co może być niekomfortowe jeśli ktoś tego nie lubi.

Pobyt w Państwa hotelu wspominam bardzo miło. Zauroczona byłam czystością zarówno w pokoju i w całym obiekcie Spa. Muszę pochwalić również personel za przyjazny stosunek do gości a na koniec zwrócić uwagę na wyśmienite śniadania. Minus znalazłam tylko jeden, źle odśnieżone miejsca parkingowe. Mogę uczciwie stwierdzić, że uprzątanie śniegu odbywa się bardzo opieszale.

Wspaniałe położenie (praktycznie poza Krynicą). Cisza i spokój. Bardzo miły personel. Dobra strefa wypoczynkowa (basen, sauny), zewnętrzne jacuzzi na tarasie, z widokiem na Jaworzynę - rewelacja. Długi czas otwarcia strefy wypoczynkowej od 7 do 22. Bardzo czysty pokój. Bardzo dobre śniadania (pyszna kawa). Niestety ogólne dobre wrażenie zepsuł fakt, iż otrzymaliśmy nie taki pokój, jaki rezerwowaliśmy. Rezerwowaliśmy pokój Twin, a otrzymaliśmy Twin Classic (o niższym standardzie). Nasza interwencja po otrzymaniu pokoju nie odniosła skutku, ponieważ wg pracownika hotelu wszystkie pokoje typu Twin były zarezerwowane. Przy wymeldowaniu (po naszej interwencji) otrzymaliśmy 10% rabatu na usługę hotelową, jednak niesmak pozostał. Co do samego pokoju (nr 214), to jego wyposażenie zostawia trochę do życzenia. Dwa osobne łóżka, z bardzo miękkimi materacami. Pokój bardzo ciepły (brak klimatyzacji). Pokój położony na niskim parterze, z widokiem na park, po którym spacerują goście, dodatkowo widok z narożnych pokoi. Powoduje to brak prywatności i konieczność praktycznie stałego zaciągania zasłon. Armatura łazienkowa przeciętnej jakości. Mały wybór programów TV (dla nas nie miało to akurat wielkiego znaczenia).
