Good location, close to city center by tram. Good value for weekend stays. Friendly staff. Hotel needs renovation but its low cost hotel so im not complaining. Restaurant was closed on public holiday and it wasnt announced here when I made reservation

Location.Near supermarket. Who has not seen a true soviet style exotica and nostalgia iron walls for the russians . Around the hotel road repair. Any links to reach a hotel although you can see from afair. In order to arrive had to ride along the section to traffic. Hotel will not see long to repair, the soviet style.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Location close to tram that goes to old town, or go by foot about 4km. Enjoyable breakfast. Parking included. Exterior is very bad, close to big boulevard, noise comes from outside. All the walls and door, are paper thin, any sound is like in the room :)

Good price, bus stop is just in front and 24h store next to it. Good price is you book a week in advance. The description of the "good" location is exaggerated. With the bus it takes over 20 from city centre. To train/bus station it is almost 8 km.

хороший бюджетный отель. внимательный персонал.от главного железнодорожного вокзала до отеля можно доехать на трамвае №19 за 20 минут .рядом супермаркет Tesco, который работает круглосуточно.

Mily i pomocny personel. Czysty pokoj i schludna lazienka. Maly telewizor z trudem odbierajacy podstawowe programy. Wyglad obiektu troche z poprzedniej epoki, mimo wszystko jednak jest czysto. Internet wifi niedostepny - podobno sygnal jest na niskich pietrach.

Удобное расположение. Рядом гипер Tesco. Трамвайная остановка в 200 метрах. На трамвае без проблем можно добраться до старого города. На ресепшене большинство персонала понимает/говорит по-русски. Своя стоянка на заднем дворе. Неплохой завтрак "шведский стол". Бесплатный WiFi.

Dobre i obfite śniadanie w cenie (szwedzki stół). Uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Bezpłatny parking przy hotelu. Tesco na sąsiedniej posesji. Hotel zdecydowanie wymaga remontu, zarówno wewnątrz jak i na zewnątrz. Elewacja jak za wujka Gierka, odpadający tynk przy oknie w pokoju, stare i poszarzałe firanki, trwałe plamy na wykładzinie podłogowej. W czasie upału niesamowita duchota w pokoju. Beznadziejne oznakowanie wjazdu samochodem na parking (oryginalny wjazd niedostępny z powodu remontu ulicy).

- Problemy z dojazdem (przebudowa ulic I linii tramawjowych) , - brak zasięgu sieci wi-fi mino określenia , że takowa jest dostępna , - brak możliwości odbioru programów telewizyjnych -na antenie pokojowej dostępny był tylko program 2 TVP kiepskiej jakości, - ogólnie przytłaczający widok budynku, znacznie gorszy niz przedstawiony na zdjęciach, -panujacy w zasadzei całą noc hałas spowodowany przez agregaty sąsiadującego z hotelem sklepu Tesco

-stare okna, które sie nie domykają, brak rolet/żeluzje, grzyb w łazience (w rogu prysznica), deska sedesowa nie dokrecona co powodowalo ruszanie się, mały telewizor z przenośna anteną, podczas snu odczuwalne deski stelaża łóżka.

В номере есть все необходимое, включая полотенца и таблетки мыла, так же есть wi-fi и телевизор. Есть возможность воспользоваться феном и заварить чай, это доступно на ресепшене. Так же, на ресепшене, можно приобрести шампунь/салфетки/зубую пасту/бритвенные станки. На входе можно взять карту города и путеводитель с отмеченными достопримечательностями Кракова. В ресторане можно заказать завтрак, шведский стол с хорошим выбором. Очень приятная атмосфера. Остались довольны. На первый взгляд фасад здания производит довольно отталкивающее впечатление, но зайдя внутрь эти ощущения пропадают, чему мы были несказанно рады :D

Завтрак на уровне дорогих отелей. Хорошее постельное белье на старых кроватях приятно радует глаз. Старый отель без ремонта. Больше напоминает общежитие со старой мебелью и обшарпанными стенами.
