Friendly staff, located just near ikea Restaurant prices were too expensive comparing to the room price. No teapot and glasses in the room. Rooms were too tiny.

I liked the good value for the price, the lobby and generally the hotel design. Very good heating, free WiFi available, everything clean, good room service. Personnel at the reception could be a little bit more friendly. But nothing dramatic. Just like in all post-socialist countries :D

The discounted price, mainly. The room was fairly basic, although clean and comfortable; the hotel staff spoke good English and were quite helpful. The breakfast was good. It was a smoke-free hotel. It would definitely not have been worth the price it was apparently marked down from, but as it was I would definitely recommend it. It's a bit off the beaten track and rather hard to get to. We were hoping, as a married couple, to get a double rather than a twin room, but it was not available.

Hotel personal was very friendly. We had some problems which were solved quickly. Clean bedsheet. Breakfast more or less OK. Carpet in the room was dirty. no glasses for water, no shower gel or soap. dirty carpets and wals in rooms. bad smell in wshowrooms in the mornings. towels were newer changed during our visit. Bad internet connection.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Good access to downtown (10 minutes by taxi). I would stay again. 24 hour convenience store located next to hotel. This is a good budget hotel. A little noisy on one of nights.

Every question and every problem was solved as fast as it could be. Personal of Quality System helped me. If you are looking for a quite cheap hotel with normal conditions I can advise you this place. Place for a hotel is quite good but if you go there for the first time it is not a very easy to find it. Also, i got wrong room. I got hostel room with 4 beds instead of room for 2 persons with 1 bed. But personal gave me my room when I told them about the that, without any questions or some problems.

The location is good and relatively close to ikea and other shopping places. The hotel has guarded parking place but also free parking place in front of the hotel.

Breakfast is normal. Location - public transport goes straightly to Stare Miasto and railway-bus stations (one bus without change). No electric tea-kettle in the room and it is very hardly available at the reception. Wi-fi signal is good only in the lobby, not in the room.

It was the best cheapest hotel ever! We enjoyed our stay at this hotel: very clean, new furniture, confortable bed, very nice and tasty breakfast buffet! We really didn't expect so good conditions for such a good price! We will come back and we recommend this hotel! Everything was ok! It would be unfair to mention something negative at this price! (That is far away from the city center or the room and the bathroom is small)...

It was cheap and easy to find with a car. There is a gas station 24h in the same square, used it a lot for food and drinks = cheap! They did not clean the room during our stay which was ok for us, but it also meant that the toilet paper run out.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. Services were OK, WiFi was available for free at reception. Hotel is located pretty far away from city center. Actually Krakow is small city, so it takes about 15 minutes to get to city center by bus, but you have to walk near busy road 10 minutes to get to the bus.

We came late and left early next morning so we have a limited experience from the stay. It was however easy to feel it was a nice hotel with an atmosphere. Perhaps one of the most interesting facts for us was that it was a jewish hotel in the old, jewish part of Krakow. They did not try to hide theis jewish ancestry. We got a good explanation from the receptionist. We also appreciated the excellent breakfast.

We booked a double room and when we arrived it was two separate bed but the reception did nothing !!! The room was awful, dirty.. the sheet was destroyed. On Saturday evening, there was a party dowstair with music to the end of the night. No respect for the client. Very noisy. My stay there was very unplaisand and tiring. It s better to sleep in the car than in this hotel !!!. My advice : avoid it.

Price is good, breakfast is good. Rooms were not so clean, lots of hair from other people on the matrass. Yeast in the bathroom, a puke spot in the carpet next to my bed. This all together made me feeling uncomfortable in this room. Although it could have been worse of course... The hotel is very far away from the center, around 9 km's.
