The room price, McDonald's restaurant next to to the hotel, nice bar on ground floor. There is swimmimg pool but unfortunately we didnt have time to visit it. Rooms although modern and with all necessary facilities are a bit small. Also a bit outside the center. |

The food was good and the hotel was comfortable. The staff were helpful at providing information (train and bus information for example) and the wi fi was handy in reception. No, but the checking in and out procedures were slow and bureaucratic. Wi fi should be available also in rooms |

Reasonable size room which was clean. Hotel had good facilities and helpful staff. Some taxi drivers had problems finding the hotel. It is located slightly out of the centre. |

Dobre śniadania, przytulne pokoje, wyposażenie pokoi w czajniki elektryczne + zestaw kawa/herbata = jak znalazł na późnowieczorny przyjazd do hotelu. Bardzo trudny dojazd do hotelu. Hotel umieszczony jest za stacją benzynową i wjazd jest tylko przez nią. Hotel umieszczony jest bezpośrednio przy trasie przelotowej przez Katowice (autostrada A4) - aczkolwiek okna dobrze wyciszają ruch samochodowy. Ograniczona ilość miejsc parkingowych (trudno zaparkować). Bardzo mała ilość kanałów telewizyjnych. |

- cena w promocji 190plz OK ale standardowa ok. 300plz to mocna przesada - problem ze znalezieniem dojazdu (hotel widać a nie wiadomo jak dojechać); śniadanie chyba miałem pecha niby wszystkiego duży wybór ale tego na co miałem ochotę właśnie zabrakło (sok pomarańczowy, jajecznica, świeże pieczywo) |

Außerordentlich hilfsbereites und nettes Personal! Insbesondere bei Problemen außerhalb des Hotels. Vielen Dank! Die Servicekräfte im Frühstücks- und Restaurantbereich sind alle sehr nett und aufmerksam, wirken aber immr sehr ernst. Etwas mehr lächeln! |
