Although the hotel was being refurbished and we had to go out to reach the restaurant, it was not too much disturbance. The reception had already been removed from usual place, but staff were very helpful. Food at the restaurant is very good quality. Big windows in the rooms. The detail of little chocolates on the bed everyday is really nice. Good to have ironing board and hair dryer in every room. Not really a complaint, but I would have liked to have more international channels on TV (no French, Spanish, English speaking ones). A kettle and the opportunity to make coffee or tea when coming back at night.

The hotel room was clean and unlike the other hotels we stayed at on our trip the beds were comfortable and had nice linen. The breakfasst was good like most good European hotel bed and breakfasts. The bedroom was above a bowling alley, but was closed by the time we went to bed.

Very large, modern,quite and nicely decorated rooms. The hotel is within walking distance of the main square and its numerous bars and restaurants. The breakfast was not overwhelming but still good

location I dont thing it says in the decription of the hotel at booking.com that guests have only a discount in the fitness centre. Poor breakfast and no dark bread.

Dicht bij het centrum van de stad Opole en toch rustig tijdens ons verblijf. Kamer en ontbijt in orde. Overdekte en bewaakte parking. Sport- en andere faciliteiten, als je ze zou gebruiken. Bowling op glv en fitness op 1e verdiep. Je hoort de bowlingballen vallen en rollen en je voelt de gewichten soms op de grond vallen. Niet echt een ideale combinatie, maar ´s nachts was het rustig. Dus geen probleem, tenzij voor mensen die zich daar aan zouden ergeren.

Det är helt omöjligt att stanna till med bil framför hotellets entré. Sedan visar det sig att det bara är receptionen som ligger vid en angivna adressen. Själva hotellet ligger på byggnadens baksida vid en lugnare gata. Det går inte att ta sig med hiss från receptionen till hotellrummen, man måste gå runt huset och ner i parkeringsgaraget för att komma åt hissen. Det är helt obegripligt att man inte flyttar receptionen till samma sida av huset som hotellet. Det skulle förenkla det hela oerhört. Det som från husets framsida uppfattas som ett hotell är en lyxrestaurang. Sticker man in näsan där kommer en arg kypare och skriker åt en på polska och visar att man inte har där att göra.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Alles sauber. handtücher, Bad, alles okay. Aber warum wurden die Betten nicht gemacht? Ist das in Polen so üblich?

niestety niektóre pokoje znajdują się nad kręgielnią, co niestety słychać :( poza tym jak na świetną restaurację z daniami fitness - śniadania są bardzo, ale to bardzo słabe.
