Szara Willa  

Being close to city centre.

Very noisy having a bowling alley on premises. Quite disturbing if you want to retire early.

Clean, eye-catching, silent at night. We were able to use Szara Willa's bowling & fitness clubs. Very nice location close to the main square.

Poor breakfast. High parking fee for hotel guests! We had a "deluxe" asia- style room, which was rather standard (!) if not for gold buddhas around...

This is the best hotel in Opole. The price was good value and it seems like a fairly new hotel. Rooms are well decorated and bathrooms very clean and of a decent size.

I am not sure why conference chairs were being stacked in such a visible part of the hotel

Beautiful rooms as well as the dining room! We enjoyed very much. I would definitely come again!

The freezer was empty; no drink in the minibar - we didn't have time to ask why it was so, but we found this odd.

People at Szara Willa were excellent, special complements goes to Aneta @ the front counter and the housekeeping lady (don't know her name) (Aneta also sorted our to-go breakfast well) Location is very good too, 10 min walk to Rynak (City Square) etc Spacious, comfortable bedding, decent furniture, well built wardrobes Gym is free, 10% discount available (to guests) for sauna Other facilities comprise of tv, iron, stitching kit, shoe cleaning, and hair dryer

No Lift, had to carry 30KG suitcase to 2nd floor via semi-spiral stairs! Breakfast; served in pub, pickled peppers and olives, tired muesli, lukewarm beverages and few types of meat - all of which was Pork, Well... Tea/Coffee making facility isn't inclusive in the room cost Curtains (you just can't cover the window fully) and shower cabinet (perhaps it was designed for disabled in mind) were among the worst I've seen in the hotel industry

Rooms of ample size and intersting design.

I had a room on the 2nd floor and there was no lift - not too much of a problem for me but can be for some.

Fantastic service, spacious rooms, very good breakfast, there is even place that kids can play and be looked after by professional baby sitter so parents can go for shopping or whatever else - in general this is customer oriented place. Pub (good beers) / Restaurant (tasty food) located in same building (we, as hotel guests were offered 10 % discount for all ordered food and drinks)

The hotel is modern & the room was comfortable. Breakfast was quite varied. Also, there was a nice bar on the ground floor/basement of the hotel.

From the front, there were quite a few stairs to climb to get into the hotel & I didn't see any elevators. However, I was informed that there are elevators to the rear of the hotel.

Water pressure was too low in the shower.

Fantastic hotel, i would say the best in opole so far, and i tried 4 different hotels in the past but szara willa has everything you need.lovely and clean rooms. restaurant offers great food.definetly would recommend

Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent, the location is very good - near the center, but not noisy.

;Not good is, that you have to walk from the parking to the reception or to the rooms some distance. That is no problem, if you do not have heavy luggage.

It was really spacious and convenient. Resturant was clean with good food and breakfast. Parking was located at the basement of the hotel and it was easy to get access to car by using a lift.

Mosquito bited my son and he suffered a lot.

The location is really good, the old town is in a hand reach. Room is nice, bathroom adequate equiped. Wonderfull view in the breakfast area. parking under the hotel and direct access from it to the hotel. modern key system.

The entrance with the stairs, where you need to carry the suitcase. No elevator from the lobby to the rooms upstairs.

A boutique hotel that offered surprising luxury at very low cost. My room was large and had various exotic ornaments and satin bed drapes that made me feel I was a real guest, not just being tolerated as a visitor. The bowling alley and gym at the rear of the hotel went unnoticed if you didn't choose to visit and the only thing to spoli an excellent dinner al fresco was the torrential rain. Despite this, the large canopies and wide screen tv allowed us to watch the Poland Euro 2012 game without having to abandon our position outside on the terrace. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The underground carpark meant we had peace of mind in leaving our GB-registered car. There's a shopping centre about 200 yards away, although I didn't visit it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay there again.

The area where the hotel is situated is the only downside really. There's lots of graffitti in Poland and Opole was no exception.

This was a magical experience! The beautifully designed rooms were immaculately kept. The staff were both polite and helpful. Our dining experience was also excellent. A beautiful little hotel in a beautiful little town. Would love to go back and would recommend to anyone.

Good location just a few hundred meters to Old Town. Very close to a shoping mall. Very nice interior design which gave a good feeling. Big bathroom.
