We were very well cared for by the staff who were, apart from the duty manager, not completely fluent in English. The hotel and its facilities were good but the city of Szczecin is not a tourst resort. We had not understood this when we booked but that is no fault of the hotel. No variety in the breakfast buffet but nothing wrong with the food, just the same each day. |

Nära till centrum. Rökfria rummet luktade rök och när vi påpekade detta så har de sprayat rummet med luftfrächare utan att fråga oss. Detta gjorde saken värre då en av oss är astmatisk. Då vi efrerfrågade hjälp stod personalen rådlös och sa att de inte kunde göra något mer. Vi försökte sova i rummet med fönster öppet. Dessvärre förstörde detta vår weekend eftersom vi sov dåligt o fick svårigheter att andas. |

Erg goed ontbijt wat inbegrepen zat bij de lage prijs. Het was geen straf om na een flinke avond stappen hier te ontbijten. Heerlijk! Op het verblijf was niets aan te merken. De manier van boeken vond ik wel minder goed. Tijdens het boeken via de site stond er dat het geld meteen afgeschreven zou worden; terwijl dit blijkbaar niet gebeurde. Zo stond ik dus zonder creditcard in het hotel en kon ik nog alles cash gaan betalen (tegen een voor mij slechtere koers). |

Świetne usytuowanie w mieście, bardzo wygodny podziemny parking, obszerny pokój bardzo fajnie wyposażony jak na sieć Novoteli przystało ;-) Przesiadka z windy "parkongowej" do tej na piętra - choć rozumiem te delikatnie spojrzenia z recepcji. Karta powinna umożliwić jazdę jedną windą na piętra. Opłata za pieska choć telefonicznie informowano o jej braku. Inna cena przy wyjeździe niż w rezerwacji na booking.pl |

Det har været en afslappende og dejlig tur, envidere var vejret perfekt og det gjorde det hele meget bedre Det kunne været godt at morgenmaden var med i prisen så man ikke skulel betale det seperat for sig selv. Mange andre hoteller har morgenmaden inkluderet i prisenog stadigvæk kan gøre det billigt. |
