Location to town centre and location in general. Its a bit rough

room furnishings, quiet neighborhood.

something is wrong with the ventilation and air conditioners.

Big and comfort appartment, clean rooms. Good situated, friendly personnel .

Missing washing machine..

to make more control at night times- some visitors have been very loud. there is no 24 hrs watch of receiption as mentioned.

It is not a hotel, it is a complex of apartments. There is no restaurant, just a place to have breakfast. Reception is just working between 9 and 15. But we did not find the reception. They are to much hidden in the building?!.

Modern interior, very spacious apartment. Loved the view of the mountains and the proximity of the brook (you could really relax on the balcony), as well as the location (about 20 minutes away from Krupowki street). And extremely comfortable beds!

There was no bath tube (shower only) in the bathroom, even though it was shown in the pictures of a double apartment so we kinda expected it (make sure you ask for it specifically). Office opening hours could be extended until at least 6 pm.

If you go with children there is a garden and playdround were they can play

The hotel is far from the main points of Zakopane, internet does not work at all. the sofa was broken and you could hurt yourself.

Modern aparthotel located in the outskirts of Zakopane. Nice design and interiors, very spacious. Good parking.

No signs, text or any info available in English. No coffee-machine in the Apartment.

Nice and clean flat, good size and comfortable beds

Preferred for families with small kids (the apartments allow to cook). The apartments are well-equipped, large and comfortable. Great view on the mountains, quiet place. But the frontdesk works from 9 to 15, thats not convinient. They pre-authorised my credit card at the day of booking and then charged me again upon arrival. The breakfast is poor (not valid for 8 $/person).

Excellent location near to centre of Zakopane, calm and peaceful accomodation!! The apartment is quite large with beatiful view to mountains and river...a good place to be far and near to Zakopane and Tatra.

Some accessories are missing (hairdrier, relax chairs in terrace..more kitchen accessories)

Not much of a view from the first floor, room gave the feeling it wasn't clean and not prepared for guests.

Bardzo fajne apartamenty, dobrze wyposażone, czyste za dobrą cenę.

Brak miejsc do zabaw dla dzieci (poza jednym, dość ubogo wyposażonym placem zabaw).

Szkoda ze nie ma baru typu kawiarnia

Spokoj. łAdny widok z balkonu. Duży pokój. Wygląd zewnętrzny obiektu. Uprzejme I uczynne panie w biurze. Smaczne śniadania.

Lokalizacja - wszędzie daleko. Szum rzeki nie był przyjemny na dłuższą mętę. Pokoje wykończone najniższym kosztem - nie można nazwać tego apartamentem. Drogie śniadania.

Bardzo fajny obiekt, super lokalizacja, do centrum 10-15 minut spacerem, spokój, przepiękna panorama Tatr.

Uprzejma obsługa w recepcji. Nowoczesne wyposażenie pokoi. Na wyższych piętrach, widok na Tatry.

Niestety, ale tak jak zauważyło to już parę osób, przez zaniedbanie, standard uległ pogorszeniu. W mniejszym z budynków, na parterze, w łazience czuć przykry zapach. Nie działa w niej klimatyzacja. Okna wychodzą na budowę, ponadto bezpośrednio za nimi umieszczono plac zabaw więc, aby zachować prywatność trzeba mieć cały czas zasłonięte żaluzje. Zupełny brak sygnału internetu wi-fi. Ponadto w górach pogoda jest jak wiadomo zmienna, więc przy 10 c na zewnątrz, przy braku ogrzewania w środku jest chłodno. Niestety maj czy czerwiec nie powinien od razu oznaczać, że wyłączane jest centralne ogrzewanie. Na koniec trzeba zaznaczyć, że pokoje nie są sprzątane w trakcie pobytu.

Apartamenty duże I przestronne, bardzo zadbane. Czyściutko, cieplutko , wygodnie. Panie w biurze bardzo miłe. Lokalizacja tez ok.

Widoki- hmmm ma zdjęciach przepiękne w rzeczywistości nie bardzo, ponieważ przed budynkiem (chyba) głównym stoi inny budynek który wszystko zasłania. Kwestia gdzie się dostanie pokój. No I internet miał być a sygnał był tak słaby że nie odbierał.
