Sauberkeit mittelprächtig, Matratzen durchgelegen, solche Sachen halt. Alles bestens für ein Budget-Hostel.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at tamka. we had a warm greeting and staff were always there and wanting to help. breakfast was a nice variety, there was tea, coffee , cereal and hams, cheeses and bread. thank you tamka!

The kitchen is very well equipped. The breakfast is good. the staff was nice, helpful.

The bed creaks and it isn't that comfortable. The room is noisy we had to sleep with earplugs.

Condition of some rooms( broken doors, which were hitting); Hostel decided to change the floor, without any notification.

Very nice and freindly staff, good breakfest, good location near the university, bus station is very close to the hostel, nice rooms and good atmosphere, best prices in warsaw.

Location is good, easy to find. Breakfast really good, as there was a salami sausage and few different type of cheese. Also good kitchen, so you have a place to prepare your own meal throughout the day. Safe lockers provided.

No towels provided. A bed sheets you have to put on by yourself, which can be a bit occurred when you come to the room late and don't want to use light as others there are already sleeping. Poor ventilation the room simply stinks, the bathroom was dirty. Not enough power outlets near bed nor personal lights...

Good breakfast - ham, cheese, bread, button, yougurt, jams, corn flakes.

I booked a room with a bathroom, but when I arrived it was said that they have no a room with a bathroom because something was broken and the room was flooded and they were not able to fix it during all 3 days of our staying. I confirmed my arrival a day before coming and they did not tell me a word about this problem. If I had knew it, I would not have gone to this hostel. Also they have not qualified staff. I was waiting for the key for 15 minutes because another guests did not agree to stay in a room without a bathroom and a boy at the recption did no know how to make a refund and he was phoning several times to someone and asked for a help. Moreover, we were asked to check out at 10.00 instead of 11.00 because they had to paint something, but fortunately they moved their paintings to the next day and we could sleep one hour more.

The only thing worth staying in the hostel is its location - in the very centre of the city, next to the most popular walking area 'Krakowskie przedmiescie'.

They were renovating the corridors in the hostel right at the time we were staying, and there was no information about it on the site. So be ready for the surprises. Besides that, be ready, that the rooms you will be staying at will look very much different from what you've seen on the site - and it doesn't mean they are going to be better, quite the opposite.

Small room, not enough options to choose for brakfast, hostel for not demanding travellers.

Hostel is making an effort to improve the appearance of the place. The kitchen and common room are already looking impressive (for a hostel!). Convenient location. Only a few minutes away from the Copernicus statue.

Place currently under renovation. Very limited baths for the number of guests staying. Cleanliness could be a bit better. However this is sure to improve after all the works have been completed.

The staff was very friendly, they even printed my bus tickets.The kitchen is big and has two shells. The common room is just great, there's plenty of space, several tables and cosy sofas, three computers with internet, a bookshelf, a huge plasma and a pack of dvds with fine films. Breakfast was included in the room price, and it had a good variety of food.There is also a bus stop just near the hostel, and many placed to visit can be reached on foot.

My room was too small for 8 people. It was overcrowded with beds, and there was too little space. Besides, lockers are too small and you can't place all your staff inside. So the room was overcrowded with bags too.
