Friendly and supportive staff. Hotel renewed with last 2 years. There is a parking. Restaurant food could a bit improve but on the other hand it is well balanced with price

Excellent service. It was very quiet and so they provided us with an abundance of pillows and towels for us. City center location is absolutely terrific, we even had a view of the big church.

Hotel is being renovated so during our stay there was construction going on. The staff was responsive when we complained about early morning repairs outside our window! Overall the hotel was very clean, good breakfast, excellent value. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Rynek which is actually good, since it is quieter in the evening. We visit Poland often and will stay at the hotel again.

Położenie hotelu, dobra informacja o hotelu, przyjazna obsługa, schludny wystrój pokoi, Bardzo długie oczekiwanie na posiłek w restauracji, zbyt mało pamiatek o Tarnowie, a moim zdaniem nazwa zobowiazuje do informacji o mieście I jego atrakcjach

Hm...śniadanie? Hotel z którego "wychodzi" cały czas prl. Modernizacja polegała raczej na "przykryciu" starego nowym a nie na nadaniu nowej jakości samemu obiektowi. Poza tym 200 złotych za nocleg w małym pokoju z wąskim łóżkiem to zbyt wysoka cena (łącznie z parkingiem). Następnym razem poszukam jakiegoś innego noclegu.

Bardzo duże nowocześnie urządzone pokoje, internet w pokojach działa bez zarzutu. urozmaicony, bogaty bufet śniadaniowy. Sympatyczna obsługa. Będę korzystał z tego hotelu przy kolejnych podróżach służbowych do Tarnowa. Polecam, również ze względu na doskonałą lokalizacje i duży parking.
