The location and facilities of the hotel. The service and attitude of the staff in this hotel is definitely below 5-star and the reputation of the hotel. Areas I was shocked are:- No bell counter service when I checked in, 20-min long wait at check in counter, bad bar counter sandwich served at 22:00 hr, poor attitude of bell counter staff when I told him I don't want a hotel taxi but normal taxi, banquet staff was not helpful, no... |

The hotel is luxurious, justifying its brand name They did not change the linen. They assumed ad hoc that I was caring about the environment and I was asking not to change them. This was not true by any means. |

the breakfast cost £20 or 99 zlotys and should at that price been amazing. It was very average though, in fact probably not even that good. |

It was all just in perfect shape. Had to call reception since I thought no shampoo was available in the bathroom: they immediately brought two bottles of complementary shampoo, and only the next morning I found the shampoo was hidden at in the corner of the shower :-) Rooms could have been just a tiny bit bigger, but rooms are very very comfortable |

Schöne, gut eingerichtete, schalldichte Zimmer. Gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Vor allem Morgens herrscht etwas viel Hektik beim Frühstück, Check-out und bei den 3 Liften. |

Położenie w centrum miasta, dobre drogi dojazdowe, kontrola obsługi hotelowej gości przy windach przed celem eliminacji niepożądanych gości (ochrona przed złodziejami) Brak parkingu, słyszalny hałas od strony Al.Jana Pawła II, ciasna i mało kameralna restauracja śniadaniowa, tak w zasadzie nie jest to restauracja tylko wygrodzona część holu - jedzenie na korytarzu |

Es un hotel espectacular, muy moderno, las habitaciones estan muy bien, y el precio al que lo conseguimos era muy asequible y ademas son 5 estrellas. El desayuno tambien muy completo y los ascensores son una pasada. No me gusto que pedí una habitacion para fumadores y me dieron una habitación con un olor insoportable a tabaco, incluso para un fumador. Creo que una cosa no debe ser sinónimo de la otra. |
