Excellent, well run and efficent hotel that is relatively well placed in the business district and close to the railway station. Only gripe would be the high cost of the breakfast.

Location is very good for city trip. Hotel staff good and friendly.It`s easy to visit city center and the old town. Use the local taxi company`s. The hotel taxis are expensive, they don`t have fixed price,at the taxi stand they say one price and the end of the trip they are asking more ? The hotel is ok, but you have to remember that the 5 stars is local classify.

Friendly staff, good size room and bathroom. The Westin "heavenly bed" doesn't seem so comfortable here - there doesn't appear to be a mattress topper and so the bed is quite firm and flat. Also, there are currently major road works towards the financial centre, so if you are planning to walk to, say, Emilii Plater, it's a long muddy way round all the builders fences - my walk was effectively two blocks longer.

It is too warm in the rooms which is difficult to control with the available air conditioning. There is no swimming pool which in a 5 star hotel is a disadvantage

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, lots of storage, big bathrooms (bathtub and shower) No foam pillows were available. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Just a fantastic hotel, with an excellent general design. Very nice staff. The paid price was reasonable for this high quality. Definitely recommended! The internet access from the room is expansive in my opinion.

- Excellent location in downtown Warsaw, within walking distance of most downtown centres of interest (history, business, shopping, eating) - Very clean and confortable - 30% discount for a 3+days stay - Exhorbitant cost of internet in the rooms - No WiFi in the rooms (except executive suites) - Exhorbitant price for breakfast

The food the elevator with view on the city in the bath tube I found a pubic hair one of the pillowcase was broken one of the towels was completely frayed I asked 3 times for a hair conditoner, got it just at the 4th time I was charged for extras that I did not take and it took me 1/2 hour to get the charge back

Absolute outstanding hotel;. Service top, rooms excellent and breakfast fantstic. The only mnor negative point is that the rooms has no wireless internet. For wireless internet use you have to go to the bar area.

The friendly but very professional staff. Beautiful interior. It's not that I didn't like but I think that they would benefit immensely having a proper spa facilities wit in house beautician and massage. As well I would like to be able to order some breakfast items during the night when we came back late. We had a club sandwich which was lovely but ideally would like to be able to have eggs on toast :)

I thought it was a lovely hotel. The desk staff confused me about the price with breakfast, without breakfast and staying 1 night or 2 nights. All the choices are confusing & sometimes misleading.

Newer hotel compared to all the others. I stayed at another hotel for 4 days and it was old and outdated. Westin was very nice compared to the other hotel. Hotel food was good. No Wifii in the rooms. Only in the lobby.
