Nice hotel, professional staff, perfect view from glass elavator and room. Luxiry bathroom with bath. Most of the time perfect quality/price ratio! Would definetely recommend! Breakfast for 25 euro is a bit too much, despite the huge choice and high quality. |

The bed was amazingly comfortable and rooms are very cosy and give relaxed atmosphere. The design of the hotel is lovely and the locetion is great, just around the corner from the Palace of Culture and the Central Station. Huge shopping centre is also around the corner for those who love to shop! Prices in the bar and the restaurant are a bit high, especially the breakfast! 99zl (around 25 euro) is definately way too expensive for a buffet breaky. |

Everything went smoothly. Staff were inconspicuous and present and helpful when we wanted anything. All was very efficient. The hotel itself was very interestin g with its lovely glass "Jacob's Ladder" elevator shaft. Room was clean comfortable and very pleasant. We had a good stay and found the location was ideal for us. Nothing at all! |

It's a beautiful building and an amazing glass lift and views out over the city. The deep soack tub is a perfect wind down after a busy day of sight seeing. The attitude of staff was a little snooty. Their welcome was a little "cool" and could be worked on to ensure that guests feel more welcome. In terms of sight-seeing the hotel staff knowledge was quite poor. Its as if they are only trained to care for business customers and that leisure travellers are a temporary inconvenience in summer time. The fact that they are still charging for broadband is ridiculous. And it is wired broadband in the bedroom which leaves you tied to a desk. Both business and leisure travellers expect comp WiFI and its time for this hotel to move with the times. |

excellent location and value for money. nice rooms, some with a great view. Very good room service, good food very reasonably priced (this only made me spend more, of course!) The hotel is 5* and yet has no pool in the main building -- very disappointing. The billing invoice should be clearer and state item by item with a good description. there was confusion in receiving reservation and had to complain and change rooms. |

Nice rooms, very high quality at an affordable price point. very good beds. The person at check in was totally not helpful and seemed not to care. Shame for such a high profile hotel. We even held a Starwood preferred guest card, so you would expect a respectful check in. |
