Localização, conforto, silêncio dos quartos. Óptimo para descansar ou trabalhar. Na primeira noite, provavelmente por overbooking, encaminharam-nos para o hotel Sheraton, o que foi demorado e incomodo. Encarregaram-se do transporte de taxi de ida e volta e o quarto estava pronto as 10h do dia seguinte. De resto tudo correu tranquilamente. |

Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very good. No swimming pool - a real shame in a hotel of this quality. |

Good location. Excellent shower. Good coffee in the room. Satisfactory mini bar. My reservation, made several weeks ahead, could not be found. Luckily, I had a hard copy of the reservation with me. Room key used to activate secured elevator usually does not work. |

It was very comfortable and the lifts were fast. Please write at least 15 words Shower didn't work well - sprayed watr horizontally at eye level. Also no swimming pool. |

Very expensive rates for internet access and Breakfast. I preferred to have breakfast in a local cafe and external internet access. |

Very comfortable, well equipped and spacious room. Luxurius,huge and comfortable bed. Spotless clean bathroom. Modern and stylish hotel design, especially lobby and panoramic view elevator. Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. A way beyond my expectations. I'm 100% satisfy and I highly recommend! |

the cleanness, the location, value for the money. we did not use the mini bar, but there is charge for it for everyday. when we point it out, then the charge was reversed. the hotel also charge fee for using the credit card to make payment. |

I like the location and the dinner at the restaurant The servise was terrible. we came to the hotel they didnt know that we booked the rooms threw booking. We had some problems with the rate. We ordered a DK newspaper, because they have told us that that is an option...then we have got a Belgium newspaper....and lots more in 24 hours. |

We are quiet demanding regarding the standing of this kind of hotel ( 4 stars) and this hotel responded completely to our expectations. It was really classy, clean, great bed, great comfort, good equipment,good location - few minutes from the big shopping mall , international atmosphere, great quality/price ..exactly what we wanted. For a four stars hotel, personnel can be better . |

Comfort, the room, bathroom. One of three elevators were not working and as the building has many floors it was very difficult to catch not over-crowded elevator around checking out time. Also hotel staff is working very slowly. |

Near to the clubs and shopping, very comfortable room (even standard), great price (via booking.com) Staff is not really professional - receptionist thinks he works in a hostel or a 1star hotel, bodyguard uses his private mobile all the time & credit card terminal didnt work. |
