molto pulito, accogliente, ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici e vicino al centro della città, ci si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi dalla stazione dei treni poco attrezzati per consumare i pasti |

L'aver avuto la possibilità del parcheggio custodito per la mia autovettura. La posizione molto vicina al centro storico della città di Varsavia. La mancanza di canali in lingua italiana nella tv in considerazione del fatto che viaggiavo assieme alla mia famiglia. |

Great location at city centre. Good apartment facilities with good kitchen and bedroom apparel. Clean and clear environment (except for the staircase corridor that accesses the aprtment) There's no reception (need for a roaming call on arrival to open the door). |

The owner was very friendly and helpful, quick responses on questions via mail and easy taxi service to and from the airport. only remark was a lack of curtains. Due to the very nice weather during our stay the room was bright and sunny at 5am so we were not able to sleep after that. If you are afraid of heights the appartment we stayed in (with the two loose beds) is on the 15th floor, but thats not uncommon in Warsaw I guess. Maybe some of the other appartments is on a lower floor. |

Staff arrived promptly, was helpful. Rooms were clean, very good location, guarded parking Rooms were quite small, outside the appartment corridors look bit needing uplift, but that's minor point |

I liked that the appartments were in the very center of the city, The view from the window, and that there were all we needed to prepare food. There should be a big mirror in the hall of the room. The sound isolation of the room was quiet poor. |

The location was great, near enough to the Old Town, New Town, Royal Route and the main train station for walking. Owners were very friendly and helpful; the apartment we stayed in was clean, modern and had a great view over the city. |

La ubicación del apartamento y la limpieza del mismo cuando llegamos. Que no se corresponde para nada el interior del apartamento con el edificio (de la época soviética, destartalado y feísimo). También que nos imaginábamos un apartamento mucho más grande del que en realidad nos dieron (nosotros reservamos el apartamento tipo 4 y nos dieron el 5), y por último, que tan sólo nos dieron unas llaves a un grupo de 6 personas. |

Su dueño es un tío encantador, nos vino a buscar al aeropuerto por 15€ (un taxi te cobra parecido) y además de esto se molesto en enseñarnos restaurantes y discotecas, pubs y hasta nos reservo sitio para cenar en su sitio espectacular de comida típica polaca.El apartamento está muy céntrico y sus instalaciones son cómodas. |

Todo. Para empezar no es un apartahotel sino un apartamento que alquilas por unos días y que se encuentra en un bloque de pisos inmenso de la época socialista. Es pequeñísimo, sólo cuenta con dos habitaciones, una minúscula cocina y un cuarto de baño. Bastante cutre todo, desde que te den una sola llave para cuatro personas (el apartamento tenía capacidad para 6), hasta que te dejen tan sólo dos rollos de papel higiénico para tres días de estancia. Otra cosa, la dueña tenía estropeada la máquina para el pago con tarjeta de crédito y tuvimos que pagar en efectivo. |

Le studio est correctement placé (à 15 à 20mn à pied de la vielle ville; idem pour les intérêts touristiques de la nouvelle ville) Il ne s'agit pas d'un hotel, mais de la location d'un studio (pas bien grand pour 4 personnes) dans une grande "barre" de logements (nous étions au 15ème étage), ce qui présente un aspect austère qui peut déranger certains. Il n'y a pas d'accueil, il faut appeler l'hotesse pour préciser son arrivée (elle était à l'heure). Le bâtiment était en travaux de rénovation; on aurait bien aimé en être informé. . . C'est bruyant, mais je pense que c'est partout pareil dans Varsovie |

Precioso apartamento con todo el mobiliario nuevo y un cuarto de baño muy coqueto. Buenas vistas del casco antiguo y del emblematico Palacio de la Cultura (estabamos en la planta 15). A 20' a pie de la Plaza del Castillo. El portal y los pasillos (tipico edificio de la epoca comunista) son deprimentes. Al tener orientacion este y las cortinas muy finas a las 5 de la mañana en verano es completamente de dia (imprescindible llevar antifaz para dormir). |

Ten eerste; TopOne appartments is geen hotel, maar een appartement midden in de stad Warschau, zonder verdere hotel faciliteiten. Vandaar dat niet alle vragen hier van toepassing zijn.Het appartement is erg mooi, nog vrij nieuw en dicht bij de oude en nieuwe binnenstad. De inrchting is modern, compleet en netjes. De verhuurder is erg vriendelijk en bereidwillig. Er staat niet vermeld in de beschrijving dat het appartement zich bevindt op de 10e etage van een groot appartementen gebouw. Voor ons was dit geen probleem, maar indien je last hebt van hoogtevrees of bang bent om met een lift te gaan, kan dit tot een onaangename verrassing leiden. |

Que era un apartament al mig d'un bloc de pisos de gent del país i estava ben situat. Per tres persones era petit, nosaltres pensàvem que hi havia dues habitacions, menjador-sala d'estar i no era així, una habitació petita i menjador-sala d'estar-sofa llit-cuina tot en el mateix espai. |
