The overall trendy modern decoration in an old building makes it unique and a very good location. Plasma wide quality screen, design shower with a wardrobe at your disposal, etc... Centrally located by walking distance from any useful spot (Wavel Castle, train station) in the old city. I will certainly book it again on my next business trip to Krakow.

We could not fault this hotel in any way. The restaurant evening meal was fantastic (a shame more people were not present as it deserves to do well), as was breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly, the room very quiet and air conditioning efficient and quiet as well. We had a very clean and spacious room, right in the heart of the old town. Perfect!

The staff were extremely helpful, a great breakfast with many different choices available, great location just off the square but in a nice lively part of the city. The extra bed was very comfortable for our older son. Everything was great - just watch out for the water splashing out of the shower - the glass just needed to go over a further 6 inches or so but this is a design issue with the shower.

The breakfast buffet was excellent in terms of food quality and selection as well as the environment. A very beautiful, quiet, and relaxing way to start the day. Our room on the top floor was unique with a litle dormer window viewing a church steeple. Very quiet room, yet just one block to the shopping, food, and bar districts, a short walk to the town square, and a short walk to the train station. Highly recommended. The bathroom had no counter top near the sink to use for our toiletries while getting ready in the morning. The safe was near the floor making it difficult to use.

Excellent location, being close to the main square of the Old Town. We made the transfer from the airport to Krakow by train which was easy and not expensive. Short walk from the train station to the hotel. We upgraded to a Delux room which gave plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The shower in the bathroom had plenty of hot water and good pressure. However the glass shower screen did not enclose the shower enough making it impossible not to soak the floor and door.

Very convenient. Reasonably quiet, except when the night clubs turned out, so had to get out of bed to shut the window. Room was too hot most of the time. Service was excellent. I did tell maids that I didn't want my sheets changed (to be eco-friendly) or bed made throughout my stay but they changed sheets! The "sitting" areas were quite exposed and business-like; not conducive to sitting and chatting but perhaps you don't want to encougage that.

We had a large twin room with very comfortable beds. No drawer space for clothes and hangers in wardrobe were very high and awkward to use. We found the room terribly noisy due to the central locations with clubs open until 4/5 am. Also we seemed to be allocated one teabag per day and no milk.

We liked very much the location of Hotel Unicus, right in the center of the Old Town, and extremely short walking distance from most of Krakow's things to see. The room was clean, very modern, and with a nice view over Florianska street. Breakfast in the renovated old cellars of the hotel was an excellent experience: wide choice of food and on top of that the possibility to order a number of items from a menu, all included in the price. Personnel is very friendly, with good English speaking skills. Two minor comments. Our very modern and stylish bathroom could have been a bit bigger to make it more handy. Our cupboard with sliding doors was not easy to access.
