We could not fault this hotel in any way. The restaurant evening meal was fantastic (a shame more people were not present as it deserves to do well), as was breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly, the room very quiet and air conditioning efficient and quiet as well. We had a very clean and spacious room, right in the heart of the old town. Perfect!

At 3 steps from the main street and market of Krakow. Very clean and nice looking interiors. Nice rooms. The breakfast room in the cellar is magnificent. As it is located in the heart of the city center, nightlife can be noisy from time to time, specially if your room is facing the street.

We loved its prime location for the city centre and the fact that all the galleries and museums were within easy walking distance. The room was large, with no noise from the busy Florianski Street below, and the bathroom was very contemporary. The menu for breakfast was diverse, sufficient for three courses should you desire it! Everywhere was spotless and the staff were always willing to help and be informative if needed. They arranged our taxi when leaving and always wore a nice smile on reception

location ideal but then so has other hotels iv stayed in krakow. 1.i was shocked at the price as a cash convertor was not offered on booking.2.taking the money in full at time of booking was £40 more than i would have paid on arrival as normally offered.3.room had no peg to hang up coats only wardrobe not good if it had been raining also no drawers to put away clothes that did not have to be hung up.4.bed i did not realise why i was not sleeping until 2 nights before we left the mattress was deflated at side i had to put the bed trrow all down the edge to make it even the cleaners just left it like that did not even turn the mattress.5.dining room poor service had to ask for milk butter on more than 2 occassions also not cleared as you were eating. one week stay living out of suitcase.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean with modern design in an old building. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is extemely well located, just a few minutes walk from the central market square. There was a very large choice for breakfast, including freshly cooked hot food. Additional special touches included a kettle with tea etc in our room and a room with a small sauna, relaxation chairs and a couple of exercise bikes.

Friendly staff. Good location I stayed with you guys two times in March 2012 and April 12 for a told of 12-15 days. I booked as a single person and I got a single bed. This is not an international accepted thing. Even if you book for one person there is a double bed. If you are going to give anyone a single bed they need to be told before the booking. Although the hotel staff and service is good the bed made the stay in your hotel very inconvenient. Left your hotel on April 14th, 2012 and I had to move to another hotel. I would consider staying at your hotel again only if I buy a double bed room but im not sure it will be cost effective at that price point. Hope that helps you set better expectations for your guests.

We chose this hotel because all the rooms were non-smoking.There was a smoking area set aside away from reception, the restaurant and accomodation. The room was a delux double overlooking Florianska street on the third floor and was everything it was described as.The temperature outside dropped to -23 degrees and it was great to come back to a warm cosy room and thaw out.The staff at reception were very helpful and welcoming.Breakfast was excellent as were the evening meals in the restaurant. We commend the chef on the quality and presentation of the food .The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and friendly.Having read the comments about the noise from the club opposite the hotel on Markus street we had concerns as we were there from Thursday to Sunday. However we had no problems with street noise.Perhaps this was due to the location of our room or the club wasn't open that weekend. Our trip to Krakow was a treat for a 60th birthday and we certainly had a lovely stay in this hotel and would stay again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Fantastic location just down from main square, yet the streets are packed with pubs, restaurants, fast food outlets, so as it was so cold when we were there (usually -17), at night it was so handy for getting back to the hotel. We had a deluxe double room with 4 big windows, each with radiators which we could control from a main heat/ac box. The bathroom is beautiful with a massive walk in shower. Breakfast was great and cooked to your request. Smoothies also available. Although we don't like the cold meat and veg/salad section at breakfast, it looked so fresh that we were nearly tempted. Didn't get a chance to use the sauna but if you advised reception 40 minutes before you wanted to use it, it was all yours and open all the time. Leaving.

Excellent location, being close to the main square of the Old Town. We made the transfer from the airport to Krakow by train which was easy and not expensive. Short walk from the train station to the hotel. We upgraded to a Delux room which gave plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The shower in the bathroom had plenty of hot water and good pressure. However the glass shower screen did not enclose the shower enough making it impossible not to soak the floor and door.

Very convenient. Reasonably quiet, except when the night clubs turned out, so had to get out of bed to shut the window. Room was too hot most of the time. Service was excellent. I did tell maids that I didn't want my sheets changed (to be eco-friendly) or bed made throughout my stay but they changed sheets! The "sitting" areas were quite exposed and business-like; not conducive to sitting and chatting but perhaps you don't want to encougage that.

“Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very new and rooms are very clean. It's really top of the bill and its 4 stars more than worth. Positive point of attention according to breakfast is that all the warm food (eggs, bacon, sausages) are served on request without extra costs. Advantage of this is that everything comes right of the kitchen as fresh as can be. Really excellent hotel!” Rob, Tegelen |
