Hotel Unicus

The location is excellent. The breakfast, both the range of foods offered (many organic) and the cellar atmosphere, were the best we had in Poland (6 hotels). The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was rather basic and functional. Double rooms (mainly on 4th floor) were really poky (with sloping walls). Some other twin rooms I saw had peculiar arrangements. To compensate, the range of toiletries offered was also the best we encountered on our trip.

wonderful location, super friendly and courteous staff, great food, ultra modern facility in an old-world setting...I was able to use my Polish language skills while the rest of the group received excellent service in English...a real gem in Krakow...Thank you

Nothing I did not like about the hotel itself...some may find the "neighbours" across the street not to their liking, however ("gentlemen's clubs")

Fantastic location in the historical centre of Krakow, rooms are very clean and comfortable, good employees who all speak proper English with a nice restaurent in the souterrain/basement.

Location for Krakow centre excellent. Staff very helpful. Room lovely, bed comfortable and lovely linen. Breakfast excellent choice. Evening meal also high quality.

Hotel Unicus was very modern and swish.It was so close to the wonderful square we had no trouble getting arround.

We tried to have one drink in the bar before bed but the barman ignored us for so long it was closing time and we had to go elsewhere. This annoyed us very much.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is extremely central. The room was a little small, but very well furnished and equiped.

A little more expensive than we wanted to pay to stay in Poland (Krakow), but didn't really have a choice on where to stay as we were part of a wedding party. Found it unusual that most of the wedding party found it cheaper to book on hotel sites such as booking.com, rather than book directly with the hotel, even after we had been given a "preferential" rate as part of the wedding!

Lovely double deluxe room good size with comfy bed and modern fixtures and decor, very clean. Great breakfast with good choice of food served in the attractive cellar restaurant. Hotel staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Overall could not fault our stay and would definitely stay there again if returning to Krakow

A new hotel finished to an excellent standard close to all the sites of the old town but in a quiet side street. A good breakfast and excellent restaurant for the evening. All the staff spoke good English, were helpful and always had a smile.

I liked very much that the hotell staff, especially the reception desk, was so helping, kind and professional. Because the staff was so great I would like to stay at the Hotel Unicus again given the chance. I also liked very much that the hotel was located in the city centre.

Very modern and smart. Room was a bit small but very stylishly decorated and extremely clean, with a beautiful modern bathroom. WiFi is free throughout the hotel. Flat screen TV in room. Restaurant very modern and stylish, and breakfast was comprehensive. Staff helpful and location excellent, right in the center of the old town but on a quiet street,not a noisy square.

Room was possibly a bit small and not much of a view, but mine was only a single, so perhaps the doubles don't have this problem. Anyway, this would not put me off going back again.
