“ We attended a wedding during the weekend and of course did not had much time to spend. The location enabld us to get to know Lublin and the accomodation conditions were exceptional. Classy and comfortable stay with the most pleasant staff. I highly recommend both Lublin and Vanilla Hotel. ”

Hotel was almost empty during Christmas so the service was concentrated on the few people attending the Hotel. The window of my room was located near a source of light in the street and since there were no shutters and only a partial curtain, the light was coming in into the room which was waking me up quite early !

The hotel is quite nice overall, with good rooms and beds. The room was adequate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good location in the city centre, hence the price a bit high for a city like Lublin Ridiculous breakfasts with some eggs, vegetables and cheese, not much food. Room was poorly lit

The decor was very stylish and room was big. Bathroom large too with lovely fittings The cafe was lovely and the staff very helpful The duvet wasn't wide enough and the breakfast had lots of savoury options but no pastries or cereals other than honey loops

Centrally located; lovely cafe. No lounge, though I didn't ask if I missed one, it's hard to see where it would be. However, they do have a great cafe attached.

A *very* good surprise, totally renewed, excepcional location in the middle of old town, directly on main street (quiet because no cars allowed). Olny trouble is to reach the hotel with your car because main street is not allowed for cars (you have to come in the lateral street). Good & Fast Wi-Fi. Very good breakfast. Small hotel with 3 stars that is better decorated and more comfortable than many 4 and 5 stars we had in Cracow and Zakopane.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff. Always willing to help with a smile on their face. The room was a very good size and clean. Would definitely stay at Vanilla again!!! Nothing...everything was perfect and working in the business I have always high expectations :))

Very nice hotel. Helpful staff. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Newly refurbished building. In one of the rooms we booked, there was some noise problem due to a ventilation system. However, after we complained it was turned off and the problem was solved.

The fact that they and you are stating that the internet is available , free of charge ( or included ) and in fact , the possibility to use the internet is only by the next coffee shop and it's limit to the timetable of the coffeee shop and the usage at ther coffeee shop only .

Todo ha sido perfecto. No se puede pedir nada mas por este precio, era un hotel de diseño moderno, con personal muy amable y desayuno completo. Al hacer check out nos dieron un detalle de despedida. La ciudad es pequeña, pero interesante para visitar.

bardzo polecam! Super wystrój, jedzenie, czystość i przemiła obsługa. Hotel jest trzy gwiazdkowy ale nie ustepuje hotelom z pięcioma gwiazdkami

kameralny charakter, lokalizacja, przestrzeń w pokoju i łazience - pomimo działającej i wysoko ustawionej klimatyzacji było zimno, na szczęście dostałam grzejnik - brak możliwości skorzystania z kawy, herbaty po 22.30; potrzebny jest albo działający w recepcji barek albo w pokojach teach/coffee making facilities - słabe światło do czytania wieczorem

El personal ha sido encantador y se ha portado fenomenal con nosotros (nos han ayudado mucho al organizar excursiones y se han portado más que bien al enviarnos un objeto que nos habíamos dejado allí). La ubicacion era genial y el desayuno estaba muy bien. La habitacion era estupenda, grande , muy limpia y muy confortable. No prodíamos haber elegido mejor
