The apartment was very clean and warm and cosy all day long. The bathroom was very luxurious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the main square. Minor things - nowhere to hang clothes/coats, only drawers. The bathscreen didn't stop water splashing all over the floor. |

We stayed here for only 1 night but the hotel is very very nice. Reception staff has a lot of information about Krakow so you don't need to go to information point to get everything what you need. Thank you Ventus Rosa! |

Well positioned for the city and Market Square. Very well refurbished rooms with good facilities. All staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Transfers that they arranged from the Airport were comfortable and on time. |

Very clean apartment. Well located in relation to the main square, which is only a 10 minute walk away.The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. I would recommend Ventus Rosa to anyone who is looking for value for money. Well to the staff. Only one very minor request:- more pillows on each bed. |

The location was excellent, very quiet but only 10 minutes walk from the main square. Staff were always available to answer any queries and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. |

The Apartment was very clean and spacious. It was a few minutes walk from the town centre. The staff were helpful. No Bath Mat in the Bathroom the tiled floor could be quite slippy. |

very spacious and very clean appartments, well situated within easy walking distance of the old town and railway station. great value for money. staff very helpful and friendly. Will use these appartments again. only one pillow and no other pillows available until someone checked out of the other appartments - other than this nothing to complain about |

Having a kitchen made breakfasts convenient in the mornings. The location to Centre Market was great, could return after shopping and go right back out again. Some sort of alarm system went off at 12 am and 3 am and I was not sure if this was a fire alarm or security alarm? So perhaps this should be told to clients. |

The apartment was clean and inviting and was as expected the information provided including photos of the room was a true reflection. though an outside balcony was provided, the balcont rail/support looked very un-steady! therefore this didnt really make you feel comfortable/safe using it. but this did not detract away from the overhall presentation of the apartment. |

Quiet lovely apartment with a great location through the Planty (circular park) to the Old City, and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. Modern appliances with free WiFi and even a washing machine! Comfortable beds, super cleanliness, knowledgeable pleasant staff. The situation was soon fixed when management arrived at 8 a.m., but no hot water the first two mornings. |

The apartments are just 5 min. Walk from the central square,the kitchen was fully equiped for those who do not like the polish cuisine, the staff was really helpful and friendly! I would like a double bed instead of 2 singles and the sheets were small for the bed :) I also would like a broom to clean a little bit. Other than that the apartment was great! |

they are charging for apartment, not number of people staying; location is very good -10min. walking distance from old market in flat no 35 there was no washing machine, tv was not working for 4 days while I was there, internet is just some kind of joke, too slow to do anything; in toilet there was no hangers, no shelfs, and no bin; in one bedroom there was plain window, covered with nothing, no blinds or curtains; flat no 35 is on 3 floor, so I had to climb for 5 min with heavy luggage |
