Ventus Rosa Apartments  

The location was within easy walking distance of the old town and the reception staff were excellent. The kitchen/dining room, bedroom and bathroom were beautifully fitted out and furnished. Secure, free parking was provided on site.

Staff are friendly and helpful even assisting with taking luggage upstairs. Location ideal for exploring old city and close to many excellent eateries. Apartment has full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Unexpected benefit is small local police hut patrolling the neighborhood 24 hours a day.

Need block out curtains. Kitchen sparsely furnished. No lift so stairs only option. Car parking options is street or nearby long term parking. Parking only free in street between 10pm and 8am.

Fantastic stay! This was our first trip to Poland and we were in Krakow for about a week. My wife and I traveled with another couple so we wanted a clean/comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and washing machine within walking distance of multiple historical/tourist areas of Krakow. Ventus Rosa was perfect! And the customer service is outstanding...friendly, attentive, and flexible to schedule changes. They don't have a restaurant or breakfast area but they do have an arrangement with a restaurant within walking distance for breakfast, and the restaurant's breakfast is fantastic. Plus, your apartment has a full kitchen with a sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and all dishware. The location is very convenient. Within about a 5 minute walk there are two markets (one is 24 hours), old town, and the city's trains.

If you have difficulty with stairs you need to request an apartment on a low floor. This is an apartment building with apartments up to 3 or 4 flights of stairs. Wasn't an issue for us but I could see it being an issue for others.

Everything about the place was lovely. We sat out on the balcony and was very relaxed. The room was lovely and the beds comfy. The staff was friendly and accommodated all our queries on where best to eat and the best sightseeing places. The rooms are well equipped with toiletries and hairdryer. Thankyou for making our stay a pleasurable one. We will definitely be back

Excellent location, really close to the centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us whenever the possible.

No hook for the shower head over the bath in our apartment.

A party of 9 had a fantastic weekend in Krakow, the staff at Ventus Rosa sorted everything out for us, airport transfers, trip to Aushwitz. Couldnt have asked for anything better

We stayed 3 nights but the room was never cleaned. Not a big deal, just an observation.

Very clean and tidy. Within short distance to the town square.

Freezing cold apartment, heating did not work. Staff just shrugged their shoulders and said 'we know'. We moved out for 4 nights and stayed in a hotel, staff couldnt care less. Never again. AVOID in the winter!

I travel a great deal - the Apartment was the very best accomodation of its kind I have ever experienced and I cannot recommend it too highly. It was large, very well furnished and superbly equiped (even to the extent of a (new) washing machine and powder!) The Staff were extremely pleasant and exceedingly helpful

Breakfast is provided in a separate Restuarant some five minutes away - having said that what is offered was extremely good. I would recommend a pre-booked taxi from the airport as Krakow is not easy (initially) to navigate but, with advice from Reception it is easy to get the hang of it. The accomodation is centrally located but conveniently in a very quiet neighborhood

Beautifully appointed rooms on three floors of a building. Everything you could possibly want for short or long stays. Some rooms have a small balcony.

Really nice apartments outside main square,really nice staff very helpful,lots of facilities in room,washing machine,cooker,microwave etc,lovely bathroom,would recommend!! lots of restaurants and bars, lots of trips to do.

Only thin but is only minor, we stayed on first floor,noise of people on stairs,but nothing really to bother about.

Clean lovely building with all of the facilities you would expect in an apartment.

The apartment was a little bit dark because it was at the back of the building. A very small issue.

Everything was great.Really close to the old town we had a spacious,clean well equipped apartment which was a great price the staff were really friendly and helpful too.
