Dostępność i możliwość nieodpłatnego korzystania z basenu, sauny, jakuzi. Brak podwójnych łóżek, choć ze strony Booking.com wynikało,że takie są. Kategoria hotelu (4*) a co za tym cena nieadekwatna do rzeczywistości

Nowoczesny hotel, spokój, cisza, duży parking, bardzo blisko do parku zdrojowego i centrum, idealna lokalizacja, bardzo miły personel, smacznego jedzenie, nowoczesne pokoje, poza tym basen, sauny, jacuzzi, dyskoteka.

Najlepsza lokalizacja, spory parking, czysto, dobre świeże jedzenie, pokoje schludne, część basenowa z saunami raczej symboliczna,ale wystarczająca przy niewielkiej ilości chętnych;) Opinia powstała w listopadzie - mało ludzi - Polecam weekendowo. Oczywiście w sezonie zimowym/narciarskim nie hotel jest najważniejszy:) Hotel posiada 4* co niestety nie przekłada się na oczekiwany poziom hotelu. Podobno posiadał 3*. w mojej opinii właśnie 3* za hotel + czwarta gwiazdka za basen. Maleńkie balkony, a w "pokojach" w łazience jeszcze mniejsza kabina prysznicowa ( dla "większych" klientów może to stanowić nie lada wyzwanie;))

Freundlichkeit des Personals, Sauberkeit in jedem Bereich, Essen nach Karte. Im Bereich der SPA laute Nebengeräusche somit Entspannung nicht möglich.. Ankunft am Freitag - keine Anwendungstermine zur Verfügung für das Wochenende. Nur am Abreisetag konnten wir 1Behandlung erhalten, Im Sauna-Bereich fehlt ein Ruheraum und Frischluftanlage. Also Wellness konnte nicht in Anspruch genommen werden. Diesbezüglich waren wir (4 Personen) enttäuscht. Samstagabend geschlossene Gesellschaft in der Disco - also für uns auch keine Tanzmöglichkeit. Hotel ist empfehlenswert, aber mit vorheriger Buchung der Wellnes-Angebote.

Hotel nowy,czysty,ale na pewno nie 4****.Basen ok. Filiżanki do herbaty mają chyba 50ml.Brak szlafroków.Nieprzyjemny zapach chloru na korytarzach.

Lokalizacja, obsługa restauracji I sama restauracja, panie pokojówki - bardzo miłe I najsympatyczniejsze osoby w hotelu, bardzo duży parking, czysta pościel, możliwość korzystania z siłowni, basene, saun Brak łóżek małżeńskich w pokojach dwuoosobowych, brak czajnika w pokoju, nieestetyczne wnętrza w okolicach basenu, małe I ciasne pokoje, przeterminowane jogurty na śniadanie, nieadekwatne ceny usług w gabinecie spa w stosunku do jakości usług, 4 gwiazdki widać tylko na ścianie hotelu a na wszystkich innych materiałach (od porcelany po materiały informacyjne np. W pokojach) są 3
