The location within Gdynia itself and the personel. The tv chanels 99% of radio stations and no Polish tv stations???!!! |

Hotel staff very friendly and outgoing in any respect. Great location in the centre and still not much noise comming from outside. Homely and cozy atmosphere unlike to impersonal and boring big hotels. Stayed at gruond floor (raised). I could here anyone moving above my room as well as anyone just walking up/down on the steps. Since the reception is on the first floor, there is lots of moving up and down. Fault of buildings design. |

Staff was awesome, very helpful. I dealt with 3 different staff members while we were there and they were all friendly and answered my questions and/or concerns. The cutest little villa around. |

Excellent and helpful staff Noise: Every sound inside the hotel can be heard in all of the rooms. I was awakened every morning at 5:30 A.M.when the hotel staff began to lay out breakfast in the space above my room. This was not the fault of the staff, but of the design of the hotel. |
