Superb personal service from the owner, who did everything he could to make me feel welcome. A comfortable, well-equipped room with a huge bathroom attached. A good buffet breakfast every morning. The location isn't ideal; 20 minutes or so from the centre, and with virtually no eating or drinking options near the hotel. |

The owner, who spoke excellent English and was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was fantastic. It was quiet, comfortable and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. I would highly recommend this guesthouse. |

I was travelling around Europe for 2.5 weeks on motorcycle, and saw different accommodation almost every night. This place is a reference, possibly the best private accommodation I have ever had! The owner was very helpful and also spoke perfect English. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was good. About 15 mins to city center by bus, but this is not necessarily disadvantage - the place is very quiet. There are some road re-construction going on near this place and to reach the hotel your navigator may show roads that were hard to drive even with my street-enduro bike! |

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He is always ready to help and to assist you. The place is very quiet. The service is very good and the rooms are clean. Good breakfast also. It's a little far from the center of the city but you can use the bus and taxis aren't very expencive. I think that the only minus point is eventually the distance from the center of the city. |

Staying in Villa Alfa was a pleasure for us. We were there for two nights together with an other couple. The host gave us a warm welcome. He spoke several languages: English, Czech and Russian. He was very helpful and made you feel at home. The rooms were very luxurious and comfortable. The breakfastbuffet was very copious. |

Es war die beste Unterkunft, die ich je gebucht habe! Herr Roznowski ist sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit, ständig um seine Gäste bemüht. Nach der Reservierung hat er uns angerufen, alle notwendigen Informationen gegeben und uns per Mail den Stadtplan geschickt; deswegen konnten wir das Haus problemlos finden. Es liegt außerhalb, aber die Busverbindungen sind gut und zuverlässig; Nachtbusse gibt es auch. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch reichhaltig und lecker. Aber das Beste war der Gastgeber! Absolut empfehlenswert!! |

Der Besitzer des Hotels war sehr freundlich und versucht jeden Extrawunsch zu erfüllen. Er hilft wo er kann, gibt genaue Informationen zu Bus- /Zugverbindungen Er spricht auch Deutsch. Da ich morgens eine Tasse Kaffee (oder zwei) brauche hätte ich mir "richtigen" und keinen löschlichen Kaffee gewünscht. Sonst ist auch das Frühstück sehr gut. Auch hier werden Extrawünsche erfüllt. |

Man war als Gast höchst willkommen, wurde mit üppigem Frühstück verwöhnt und kam nach anstrengender Besichtigungstour abends 'nach Hause'. Und weil es nicht leicht zu finden ist, wurden wir einen Tag zuvor angerufen und mit sämtlichen Karten per Internet versorgt. |

Lo lleva un matrimonio y él es encantador se desvive por informar de todo y porque te sientas a gusto. Fue muy facil acceder al centro de la ciudad desde transporte público. Las camas no tienen sábaba bajera solo funda de colchón y el nórdico. No nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación pero si nos cambiaron las toallas. |

La cordialità dello staff sempre disponibile ed attento, la pulizia della camera, il bagno grandissimo e pulitissimo. Con la macchina e il navigatore satellitare nessun problema sia per gli spostamenti da e per il centro, sia per trovare l'Hotel all'arrivo. Il letto matrimoniale è leggermente piccolo, e nel bagno nessun accessorio salvo il sapone lavamani. Comunque solo piccoli dettagli che non inficiano assolutamente l'ottimo standard dell'Hotel. |

Vriendelijke ontvangst,goede en lekkere ontbijt,netjes en schoon.De directie van het hotel was heel vriendelijk,en als je onbekend ben in Gdansk leg meneer heel goed en duidelijk uit hoe je ergens kunt komen. Ik ben er eerste keer geweest en komt nog zeker terug. |
