Villa Aqua is a clean, well run hotel delivering a service which reflects the price. It's right beside the aqua park and a 10 min. walk the beach. |

Good service,young and helpful stuff.Receptionists are willling to help and do their best to make you feel home. Nice clean and well maintained rooms, big variety (for such a small place) of breakfast buffet, nice and professional weiters serving dinners. It is quite close to the sea (walking distance of a few minutes) and a bit longer to Sopot Molo (and city center). The only downside was that on our last night there was a wedding receptione in the restaurant and it as realy loud. In the end we were moved to another room, but it should have been offerred right away when we called first time. My advce to he guests would be asking whether there willl be any party there and if yes, to aks for a room in the other part (than the party) of the building. |

I liked everything. Location is very good, with short walking distance to the beach; the breakfast is of a great choice; swimming pool with sauna and water-park just around a corner; rooms are very clean and comfortable. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. |

Location, fantastic breakfast, free parkspace incl. indoor, good restaurant. almost everything is VG. The system for room cardkeys is not functioning. I had to replace the card 3 times. Other guests were also complaining. For last two weeks the problem is still unsolved. |

Almost everything. The hotel has 4 star breakfast. The room is comfortable and clean, great location in green areas of Sopot, free parking. The security system for door locks/ cards was not working. I got assigned a room already occupied by other guests. Then the card key was not working and I had to have it replaced 3 times. |

it was clean and convenient for us as we were at a wedding at a different hotel i thought that breakfast staff were a bit rude when asked a question on our first morning, when you are getting used to a new hotels layout of breakfast ie asking for hot water or tea |
