Good hotel, just 500m from centre of Zakopane. Our room wasnt that big but comfortable enough. Good breakfast and excellent service. Pool area is very nice. As a Finn i dont like the idea that sauna cost 10 euros.. Also the pool was quite cold. |

We Had a very pleasant stay housekeeping very good when we asked for extra pillows they bought them straight away. we had a lovely room with balcony which was really peaceful.we would definitely book this hotel again. The spa massage and facials were very professional and good value. Reception staff and breakfast staff were very helpful but did not smile enough.the swimming pool and jacuzzi were not heated which was not very relaxing. |

Staff were very responsive and professional. The location and setting and grounds were beautiful. The condition of the building and rooms was very good. I did not like that there was a charge for use of saunas/steam rooms. Also, the massage therapists should be registered so that costs can be claimed on group insurances which is a common practice in North America. |

Quality service from moment you walk through the door. Reception staff helpful and polite. Rooms fresh and clean and well equipped. Good breakfast. Ten minute walk from the town centre but set back from the road so nice and quiet. Swimming pool and sauna a welcome relaxation after hiking in the mountains. |

We valued comfort and class of the hotell and and competence and discetion of the staff. Breakfasts are delicious and we did not miss a single one. It is nice to see what a good typical Polish breakfast is suppsed to be. Cannot think of any. We stayed in this hotel before and deciedd to come back to this one rather then to try soemthing new, even though there are many less expensive accomodations. I did not review V. Marillor's website and guests comments before booking. I found these often not very releible. |

The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was very good and included a large variety of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and very clean. Every day we were supplied with complimentary mini bar goodies. |

Spaciousness of the room, the facility of a mini bar and use of the indoor swimming pool. Perfect location for exploring the area. Staff all very helpful.Particularly liked the 1920s decor. ambiance not great in the restaurant - and in the coffee bar there was little choice of snack with the drinks |

Helpful attitude of Manager to solving problems relating to my room There were internet connections in the rooms, but they were only useful for guests with their own computer. A five-star hotel should be able to provide an area with a computer for guests who dont bring a computer.. |

The pool and spa area is in high class. The surrounding park is inviting to spend time in when weather permits.Position in the middle of town very convenient. The rooms are large but need a touch of care to bring them up to a cosy level. The light conditions in the hotel room are too much on saving mode and not cosy. The food in the restaurant was not up to the general hotel standard. We had 2 meals poorly cooked. The young lady in the reception when we arrived had a hard time to establish the slightest interest in welcoming us not to speak of giving or even faking a smaile. |

I liked the situation near bus terminal for buses to walking trails, the beautiful swimming pool, the excellent breakfast accompanied by instrumental music, the peaceful situation though near all amenities, the excellent service. The dining room lighting was too bright in the evening.A Dimmer switch plus candles on the tables would make it really special as the food is excellent. The lack of cnn or bbc T.V. channel. |

Absolutely lovely Hotel. Great location. The building is very well redone and preserved. Staff were excellent. We especially loved the breakfast. The pool was nice and refreshing, great to be able to see outdoors at the same time. The hotel has an outstanding piece of property. Would strongly recommend this hotel in Zakopane!! There was absolutely nothing negative only positve. |
