Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja siisti, huone tilava. Kylpylän henkilökunta erityisen ystävällistä. Hotellin yhteydessä olevan kylpylän saunojen käyttömaksu 40 ZLN/pv/hlö on kohtuuton. Voisivat hyvin sisältyä hintaan. Yleensä 4 tähden hotelleissa on kylpyhuoneissa Kleenex tms. paperipyyhkeitä, juomalasit ja riittävästi koukkuja kylpytakeille. Saunaosastolle toivoisin baaria, josta voi ostaa vettä ja muita virvokkeita, snacksejä, olutta yms. |

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dinner was fabulous! And the sauna, steamroom, and pools were very relaxing. Definitely worth a visit. |

Good sized room, large selection at breakfast and nice indoor pool area. Also there is a complimentary mini bar of water juices and snacks. I have not come across a complimentary mini bar before. |

The hotel had very nice leisure facilities and was quite central. Breakfast was included in the rate as was the mini bar which had juice, mineral water and snacks The hotel despite its facade was not what I would call luxurious. The pool was quite cold & the Jacuzzi was out of order.The bedroom was quite small and the bathroom shower was very badly positioned and therefore wet the entire floor. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa facilities. Food. The entrance was used by guests for late night smokers and chats which disturbed the guests in the room above the entrance . Perhaps there could be a designated smoking area eg. bbq area. |

Free car parking at the hotel. Poor breakfast, some unprofessional people at the reception desk, ridiculous price for extra bed clothes, problems with shower (broken hose). |

Excellent service from staff - nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable rooms and excellent food. Beautiful swimming pool. Excellent position away from busy town centre but close to trains, buses and mini buses. |

Nice, big room. Friendly staff; great spa facilities. Free use of minibar. Nice bathroom, but impossible to shower without getting the whole floor wet. |

Quality of room, general decor and swimming pool While service in restaurant was generally good, the menu clearly misjudged what prospective visitors are looking, such as sampling local food (Polish) and produce. Disappointed with evening menu that contained few or no Polish dishes. I cannot believe that the chef is trained to cook all the international cuisines listed on the menu - Stick to local and you can't go wrong. |
