It is a very elegant hotel with attentive staff. and relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again. Shortage of space to hang clothes. No elevator |

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We could not fault the hotel facilities at all. A short walk to Bialystok town centre, a swimming pool was across the road. They have a function room which, on our first night, hosted a party from 11pm until 6am when finally the music stopped, so best to check before booking that the room will not be in use during your stay. |

Front desk people were outstanding..especially Agatha or Augustova (she was a young woman with auburn hair). She got us to the train station in less than 15 minutes so we didn't miss our train. Dinner menu - it was not very appealing to American tastes even for someone who was adventurous. Had things like "duck feet" on the menu. Scrambled eggs and bacon in the morning were raw. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful and most spoke good English which helped me! Room was very clean and comfortable. I felt it was good value for money. Cann't think of anything bad to say about it and I would happily return. |

Fikk stor suitte, to etasjer, bare litt rart at det var nesten ikke møbler, bare store TV-skjermer og en massasjestol uten ledning.Men helt ok for oss. Hyggelig gammelt hotell men bra oppusset. En salonggruppe på det store gulvet hadde gjort rommet mye hyggeligere. |

Castello ben ristrutturato circondato da uno splendido parco. Stanze al primo piano spaziose e coerentemente arredate. Colazione abbondante, anche se non a buffet. Connessione internet wi-fi veloce. Il ristorante chiude alle 21. Stanze al 2 piano con soffitto molto basso, perchè realizzate nel sottotetto. |
